D. Hijjah crescent moon was NOT SEEN in N. American on Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 evening. Insha-Allah it will be seen everywhere on Tuesday, and Eid al-Adha in the USA and Canada (like most other countries in the world) is on Friday, Jan. 21, 2005

In Makkah Mukarramah, the moon set two minutes BEFORE the sunset on Jan. 10, 2005. Nobody could see a crescent moon in Saudi Arabia or anywhere in world on Jan. 10, 2005.

Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Hajj?

ISNA Fiqh Council and some others have been enforcing a BID'AH on the Muslims in N. America. No Fiqh ever said that Eid al-Adha is actually Eid al-Hajj. There is no Daleel in the Quran or the Sunnah that Muslim must fast on the Day of Arafah in Makkah (determined by the official Saudi Hajj date, even if it is always wrong).

Muslims everywhere in the world always celebrate it on the 10th D. Hijja.

ISNA asks you to celebrate Eid al-Adha on the 9th day of D. Hijja. Qur'an: (The Crescent moons) are the Mawaqeet and for (determining the date of) Hajj. (2:189).

The only correct date of Eid al-Adha all over the world is 10th Day of D. Hijja, counted from the evening D. Hijja Hilaal is seen where you live, and NOT when Saudis say they saw it. (It is well-known that NONE of the 6 official committees in S. Arabia ever see the Hilal on the officially announced dates.
It is always SEEN in S. Arabia a day later.)

Hadith: Eid al-Adha is on the 10th day of Dhul-Hijja. (Hilal D. Hijja al-Fitr. (Fath al-Bari ))

All Ahadith mention only the 10th as the day of Eid al-Adha. (No Hadith mentions: the day after Hajj or Eid al-Adha as a celebration of Hajj.)

If Eid al-Adha is a celebration of the completion of Hajj then why do the Hujjaj NOT pray Eid; and why did the Messenger (S) pray it regularly in Medina for 9 years when there was no Hajj for the Muslims?
Fiqh: Eid al-Adha date, like Eid al-Fitr, must be fixed by the crescent moon. ----------------------------------------------

Palestine! O Palestine! [Confirmation of New Trend Report.]

New Trend's expert on Palestine stated quite clearly that the election of Abbas [Abu Mazen] was bogus. He was elected by Israel and the U.S.A., not by the Palestinian people who are under military occupation. Such an election is a fraud and is null and void both under international law and under Islamic law. It points to the kind of election planned for Iraq on January 30.

Reports in a variety of smaller American newspapers confirm our report. In its January 8 report, the Daily Press of Newport News, Virginia stated that "... Israeli authorities allowed Abbas to move freely between the West Bank and Gaza Strip while other candidates were blocked" according to a candidate from Fatah itself. On January 11, the news ticker under MSNBC reported that 200,000 Palestinians living in East Jerusalem were not allowed to vote. The Dallas Morning News, from which the Daily Press picked up its report, quoted a Jerusalem man in the street as saying: "It doesn't matter whom you vote for. Whoever the United States has chosen, he will win."

While the mainstream TV channels were trumpeting the story of the "fair elections" held in occupied Palestine, on January 11 Israeli tanks once again entered Gaza and started the process of murder and mayhem. The Zionist-controlled media here did not even discuss it.

CARTER'S SIMPLICITY: Former President Carter endorsed the Israeli claim that it was a fair election. Mr. Carter simply looked at the voting at the polling booths. He did not see the cities under occupation. He also ignored the murder of the entire Palestinian leadership by the Israelis before the elections.
On January 11, SHARON CALLED ABBAS TO CONGRATULATE him on his ELECTION victory. The same Sharon refused to talk to Arafat for SEVERAL YEARS while holding him under house arrest under TANK GUN POINT.

Gonzalez Claims He and President Bush do not Endorse Torture

January 6, 2005. Mr. Gonzalez , President Bush's new nominee for Attorney General underwent a hearing but was tossed so many softballs by the Democrats that he managed wriggle through the most embarrassing situations including the exposure of a secret memo in which he used code language for the endorsement of torture.

Critics say that Gonzalez was the real muscle man behind Ashcroft's terror campaign against Muslims. However, in the hearing Gonzalez claimed that neither President Bush nor he have ever supported the use of torture.

The hearing was shadowy, like something out of Kafka or Orwell with magnificent use of double talk. It appears that if a man is TIED UP IN a FETAL POSITION 24 hours at a time, he is not being tortured. Also, he or she can be kept awake days at a time [being forced to stay awake] and that's not torture either.

Gonzalez believes that if the vital organs are not damaged, then the prisoner is not being tortured. One Senator said during the hearing that the Saudis had shown him one prisoner whose fingers had been broken joint by joint. That too does not count as torture because no vital organs are damaged!

[Senator Patrick Leahy, Democrat from Vermont, shed some interesting light on Police Commissioner Kerik, Bush's previous nominee who had suddenly resigned. Leahy stated that the real problem with Kerik was not a non-immigrant nanny, as he had claimed in his scramble to resign, but a "sex house" he had in 9.11-hurt city of New York. When, according to Leahy, Kerik found that his secret had been discovered, he brought up the nanny story to resign.]

[Observers ask, how many kinky secrets is the Bush Administration hiding? Rudy Guiliani, Bush's great New York friend, called "jew"liani by New Yorkers, who recommended Kerik, blatantly kept a mistress and kicked out his wife.]

Gonzalez' claim that he and Bush do not practice torture is negated by independent observers, including the International Committee of the Red Cross and amnesty International, as well as the victims, such as British Muslims who have been returned to their homes and revealed the shocking situation in Guantanamo Bay [which was first condemned by New Trend.]

Aby Ghraib is being presented to the American public as if it was only the doing of a few bored junior officers who played around with their Iraqi victims. All independent reports indicated that Abu Ghraib was sanctioned all the way from the top, at least from the General, including General Sanchez who resigned and was quickly faded out.

Now it appears that Williams received $240 million from the administration, directly or indirectly. He has been exposed as a person who claimed to be a journalist but turned out to be a PR person working for money.

PAKISTAN:

THREE DAYS OF CURFEW IN GILGIT. On January 8, 9 and 10 there was 24 hour curfew in Gilgit. Rioting erupted after gunmen attacked Shia leader Agha Ziaudiin Musawi. His driver and guard were killed and he was wounded. An attacker was also killed. After that the Shia community, very strong in Gilgit, took up arms and attacked various government facilities. The Shias attacked the hospital and shot dead Sher Wali Khan, the Director of Health, and wounded a number of doctors. Six members of one family as well as a 12 year old child were killed. MUSHARRAF ASSAILANT ESCAPES:

January 12. Islamabad. The Musharraf government finally confirmed news that Mushtaq Ahmed, accused in the attempt to kill General Musharraf, escaped during the New Year holidays from a maximum security prison. A number of prison operatives including a high officer have been arrested to investigate a possible conspiracy.

ATTACK ON SUI GAS CENTRAL FACILITY:

Baluch rebels attacked the central gas pumping facility in Sui, Baluchistan province of Pakistan. Two security guards were killed and 5 injured in the attack. The facility remained temporarily in control of the rebels before Pakistani troops counterattacked and retook the facility. The supply of gas was temporarily cut off.

Islamic Women vs Secular Women

January 11. A conference called "Beijing 10+" held in Islamabad by the UNDP indicated that secular forces are getting 7 million dollars to carry out their agenda in Pakistan among women.

The meeting was disrupted by Islamic women, led by Samia Raheel Qazi, Dr. Farida Ahmed and and Jameelah Ahmed. They walked out of the conference and tore up posters put up in the conference against the Hudood Ordinance [Islamic Laws against adultery etc]. The Islamic women gave a statement to news men which says: "we reject an agenda for Pakistani women imported from the West. Israel First, Sen. Lieberman & the Republic

On Jan. 2, 2005, with respect to Iraq, Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman (D-CT) predicted, that the phony election now being rigged for that country would be successful and that the resistance there doesn't have any "popular support." Since he made his patently deceptive remarks, the governor of Baghdad was assassinated and 21 more U.S. troops have died in combat (http://icasualtiesorg/oif).
Lieberman has also just recently met with Ariel Sharon, who wants the U.S. to attack Iran, the day after the Iraqi War ends ( http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,3-469972,00.html ). Sharon is the same unhinged Zionist, who boasted, in Jerusalem, on Oct. 03, 2001, "We control America" ( http://www.wrmea.com/html/newsitem_s.htm ).

Who is Sen. Lieberman? One can say, without fear of contradiction, that he is a rabid Iraqi War Hawk. He is also a promoter of draconian laws: like the U.S. Patriot Act, Homeland Security and the Intelligence Agencies Reform Act, that have and will curtail the rights of every Americans. But if we wanted to know who Lieberman "really" is, - the larger, hidden truth - we can look through the writings of Dale Peter Scott and his thesis on DEEP POLITICS? Scott says, "DEEP POLITICS are all those political practices and arrangements...which are usually repressed rather than acknowledged... Conspiracies are part of our political structures, not exceptions to it."

As an example of DEEP POLITICS, let's go back to Nov. 24, 1963, and the assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald by one Jack Ruby. The Warren Commission, (which was into government damage control, just like today's 9/11 Commission), falsely portrayed both men "as loners," and insisted Ruby had "no organized crime" connections. In DEEP POLITICS AND THE DEATH OF JFK, Scott reveals the truth. Ruby was a member of the Meyer Lansky Crime Syndicate. He was into dealing drugs, gambling and political corruption. Like Oswald, he was an FBI informer. Ruby received protected status from the Feds for being an informer, the same as Boston's mobster and snitch, James "Whitey" Bulger ( http://www.boston.com/news/packages/whitey ).

Scott also suspects that, back then, the FBI's primary institutional goal wasn't the prosecution of crime, "but the surveillance and repression of political dissent." His book also touches on other fairly recent examples of wrongdoings connected to the M.O. of DEEP POLITICS, like: Contragate; COINTELPRO; Watergate; the CIA plot to murder Cuba's Fidel Castro; the killing of Black Panther, Fred Hampton; and the framing of Leonard Peltier. The author delves into the symbiotic relationship that then existed between crime syndicates, a complicit media, corporations, intelligence agencies, governments, politicians, unions, drug dealers, the FBI and other groups. His book didn't try to answer the question of who killed JFK, rather it wisely examines, "How could American institutions harbor and protect such evil?" All we now know for sure is that after the assassinations of JFK, his brother Robert, and Martin Luther King, Jr., a power vacuum was created. Today, unfortunately, it has been filled by the likes of the jingoistic Bush-Cheney Gang, a mostly craven Congress and the scheming Neocons.

Fast forward to the key question: "Who is Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman?" Based on Scott's books and well documented views on DEEP POLITICS, and what I know and can reasonably infer and speculate on about this cunning politician, I believe that Lieberman is an Israel Firster, who is embedded in the Zionist Movement juggernaut itself. The phrase, "Israel Firster," is used here to represent an individual, who puts Israel's interests before the interests of the American Republic. Dr. Alfred M. Lilenthal, an expert on Zionism and the Israel Firster phenomena, labeled America's Iago, Henry Kissinger, as the "original Israel Firster" ( http://www.alfredlilienthal.com ), if that is true, then Lieberman can't be far behind. As for Zionism, it has been defined as a political cause, international in scope, with a "greater state of Israel" as one of its goals ( http://www.wbaifree.org/takingaim/hhz/ch01.htm ).

What does the public record show? If a UN Security Council Resolution condemns Israel on Monday, Lieberman will have a Congressional "Resolution" ready on Tuesday to offset it. The U.S. could go broke, too, giving our money away to Israel - try over $138 billion in cost to the taxpayers since 1948 - and Lieberman would come up with yet another scheme to extract billions of dollars more from our treasury to serve the interests of the Zionists Cabal ( http://wrmea.com/us_aid_to_israel/index.htm ). If another repulsive traitor, like Jonathan Pollard, gets caught stealing our military secrets on Israel's behalf, Lieberman will be sure to play it down. Israeli bulldozer operators could run over and kill a hundred American-born activists, like Rachel Corrie, and you would never hear a peep of protest coming from Lieberman. Zionist Israel could also continue to make millions more enemies in the Muslim World for America by its brutal treatment of the Palestinian people and Lieberman wouldn't lose any sleep over it. And, when the matter of the USS Liberty is brought up, you can also count on him to give a deaf ear to any pleas for justice and the truth on behalf of the survivors of that deliberate and murderous Israeli attack ( http://www.ussliberty.org ).

Nevertheless, it's important to underscore that not all Zionists are Israel Firsters and not all Jews support Zionism ( http://www.jewsagainstzionism.com ). In fact, many Jews, like the highly respected Rabbi Yisrael David Weiss, whom I have had the privilege of interviewing in Washington, D.C., ( http://homepage.mac.com/bhughes2/iMovieTheater97.html ), are outspoken critics of Zionism. They consider it "a heresy," as the "antithesis of Torah Judaism," and, worse, they say it encourages "dual loyalism" ( http://www.nkusa.org/index.cfm ).

Remember, too, that it was Lieberman who derailed, the then-hopeful presidential Democratic primary candidacy of Howard Dean, in 2003, because he had dared to urge that the U.S. adopt an "evenhanded policy" in the Middle East. And, don't expect Lieberman, a knee jerk defender of the Apartheid Wall, in Occupied Israel, to look into the suspicious activities of those so-called "Israeli Art Students" ( http://antiwar.com/israeli-files.php ) and, particularly, those five Zionists who got caught cheer leading and videotaping, on 9/11, over in New Jersey, while the World Trade Centers were imploding and thousands of Americans were dying from that highly suspicious disaster ( http://ww1.sundayherald.com/37707 ). Why were those creeps acting like they "knew" the WTC was going to be attacked?

Our Republic, sourced by the blood of our Revolutionary War patriots, promotes "the general welfare" of all the people. While on the other hand, the elitist Zionist Movement, led by the likes of Sharon, is inherently undemocratic. It exalts "only" one race ( http://www.israelshamir.net ). Keep in mind also that America didn't have any enemies in the Islamic World prior to the creation of Israel. If this noxious Israel First ethos, via Lieberman's divided and twisted psyche, is permitted to continue to influence the policies of our country, it will, like a cancer, unless stopped, eat away at the vitals of our Republic.
