INFORMATION ALERT: Sis. Nabila Bey from Philadelphia has
informed Jamaat al-Muslimeen that a fake "Qur'an" is being
distributed in Kuwait. Verses on Jihad have been removed from
this "Qur'an." Also many other matters which the western powers
do not like have been deleted. Readers are asked to send us
more info on this. It's a serious insult to the entire Muslim
world and must be stopped without delay.
ACTION ALERT: Jamaat al-Muslimeen reports that Egyptian-American
Ahmed 'Abdel Sattar,
PRISONER of CONSCIENCE on hunger strike for his mistreatment,
has been cut off from the outside world. Please write to the
Warden to urge an end to his mistreatment. The address is:

HISTORIAN DAVID IRVING is still being held in Austria.
Reports indicate that he is being forced to recant his views
on the Jewish "holocaust" story. He is reportedly being told
to recant, otherwise he won't be released! Please write to
the Austrian embassy. [See NT #86 for addresses and email and
phone of Austrian embassy.] In PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia,
[November 28] 70 people protested the arrest and imprisonment
in Germany of "holocaust" denier Ernest Zundel.
The media condemned them as "neo-Nazis" without any evidence.
One demonstrator was arrested and is facing THREE YEARS in
prison for supporting Zundel.
[Zionist thought control at work!]

THE HORROR, the HORROR:
U.S. military sources have admitted that the U.S. used
WHITE PHOSPHOROUS bombs in the city of Fallujah last year.
Independent journalist Dahr Jamal reported [November 23]
that the U.S. destroyed 36,000 homes, 60 schools
and 65 mosques in Fallujah.
---------------------------------------------------------
News: Brief but Important with New Trend comments.
-
Oakland, California: November 23. Caught on camera and
shown on nationwide TV, Young African-American Muslims entered
two liquor stores OWNED by YEMENI "Muslims." They smashed
liquor bottles and related equipment worth $10,000. Police
is looking for them. The Yemeni merchants association protested
the vandalism.
[Comment: Strangely the Yemenis did not comment on the acts of
their own community. These are low down Muslims who present a
terrible image of "Islam" by speaking Arabic but selling liquor,
strictly forbidden in Islam.]
There are 350+ liquors stores in Oakland,
mostly in the Black community.
[Observers say this is part of the creeping genocide
of the African-American people.]

-
Baghdad, Iraq: November 28. President Saddam Hussain
was brought to court for "trial." He was carrying a Qur'an.
He objected to being placed under surveillance of American
occupier guards and being forced to climb up 4 levels of stairs.
Mr. Ramsey Clark, former U.S. attorney general, was in court
to advise the defense. The U.S.- installed court is accusing
the mujahid President of a "massacre" in 1982, a year in
which the U.S. was allied to him and he was not Islamic!

-
Kandahar, Afghanistan. November 22. India is complaining
about an attack by the Taliban in which one of India's men was
killed and India's engineering project in the area was shut down.
Kabul, November 13. U.S. media described a martyrdom operation
in front of NATO Headquarters. A Taliban martyr drove an explosives
laden car into a NATO armored vehicle killing one German soldier,
wounding 5 Kabuli troops. A second Taliban then drove up in another
car and struck the NATO convoy, wounding 13 German soldiers and
killing two Kabul police. A third Talib then appeared but his car
was hit by heavy German return fire before he could hit.
Mazar-e-Sharif. November 26. A NATO unit was attacked by
gunmen. A SWEDISH soldier was killed and 3 wounded. The Kabul
authorities have arrested 6 Afghans.
[Comment: What are NATO troops doing in a Muslim country?
It looks like a crusade.]
Shahjoy, Zabul province: November 24:
Two U.S. troops were killed in a Taliban attack.
[Observers say most of the provinces of Zabul and Oruzgan
are in Taliban control.

-
Srinagar, occupied Kashmir. November 26. Indian army's
2nd Garhwal Regiment and 193rd Field Regiment have sealed off
a forest area near the Gulmarg area in an attempt to capture
mujahideen. This follows a grenade attack by elements of the
"Islamic Front" on an Indian unit in which 4 Indian troops
of the CRPF were killed and 3 wounded.

Analysis
Iraq: Why the U.S. has Failed: Resurgent Islam Cannot be
defeated by Military Power: Saddam Hussain's Role
[Dr. Kaukab Siddique
has given six juma' khutbas in the last three months:
three in central Baltimore, one in west Baltimore, one in
Detroit, Michigan and one in Peekskill, New York. This last
one in Peekskill, 55 miles north of New York City, on
November 25, 2005, was followed up by a two hour presentation
in the evening on Iraq and the "war on terror." The following
are Dr. Siddique's main points.]
[Special thanks go to Br. Kwame and Br. Khalil who arranged
the program and videotaped it.]
Theme: Muslims in America can play an important role in helping
Americans understand WHY the U.S. and Islam should not be at war.
Israel alone is the gainer from this war. If American Muslims
stop grovelling and licking boots, they can reach out to the
American people and bring about understanding leading to peace.
-
The war on Iraq was based on a lie: that Saddam had WMDs and
wanted to attack America! Saddam's problem was with Israel.
 -
Militarily Saddam was extremely weak. During all those years of
"enforcement of 'no fly' zones," his forces could not shoot
down even one U.S./British plane.
 -
The U.S. thought the invasion of Iraq would be a 'cake walk'
and invaded with massive military power to pull off a
"great victory" against Iraq which could be used to
subdue the Arab world.
 -
Saddam's role is central to the emergence of Islamic resistance
in Iraq. After 1991, Saddam embraced Islam when he seemed to
have realized that an independent Iraq had to be Islamic.
 -
He was heavily Arab nationalist but he permitted the Islamic
people in Iraq, in particular the imams in mosques,
from 1998-2003, to prepare for jihad as long as it was
not aimed at him.
[Few people know this.
New Trend was the only paper to publish this at that time.]
 -
International Jewry understood that Saddam was its enemy and
with his tremendous financial resources was willing to support
resistance in Palestine. Every Zionist Jew, from university
professor to "think tank" expert and politician condemned
Saddam as "Hitler" incarnate!
They knew Saddam would not bow to U.S. power.
 -
As Saddam saw the U.S. assault coming, he decentralized Iraqi
resistance and divided Iraq into a dozen resistance zones.
In these areas he stashed vast quantities of light-to-medium
weapons which are required in guerrilla warfare. Thus the
SECRET of the Islamic resistance is the availability of an
endless supply of small arms, explosives and ammunition
for those who are willing and able to use it.
 -
The resistance in Iraq is both INDIGENOUS and ISLAMIC.
Volunteers from Islamic populations in "Saudi" Arabia,
Jordan, Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Chechnia
are estimated at no more than 20,000 with only about an
estimated 5,000 of them involved in the actual fighting.
 -
Non-Iraqis cannot operate as terrorists in Iraq. They have
to have the total support of the Iraqi people, otherwise
they would be spotted and handed over to the U.S. right
away. Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi has a $25 million reward on
his head and yet has not been handed over.
Indications are that he has massive support.
 -
The "suicide bombers" [martyrdom operators] are probably
all Iraqis, not "Saudis" as the U.S. claims. Michael Moore
astutely noted that if the "suicide bombers" had been
"foreigners," the U.S. would have published their names,
hometowns and pictures by now, as Israel does before
blowing up the homes of such attackers.
 -
For the future, the U.S. is in a no-win situation. It
can inflict tremendous suffering on the Iraqi people but
it cannot win. In recent months, the U.S. destroyed FIVE
towns in western Iraq in the same way as it did Fallujah,
house by house and mosque by mosque, yet the Islamic
resistance has not gone down.
 -
The U.S. is facing two options and both are not good for it:
Either the U.S. will withdraw unilaterally, without fanfare,
as the Soviets did from Afghanistan. The retreat will put
Israel in jeopardy, or
 -
Much more importantly, the U.S. will stick it out. This is
the option Al-Zarqawi, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Osama bin Laden
see as most useful for the mobilization of Islam. They think
they can "do a Soviet Union" on the U.S. and for that the
U.S. must stay and keep spending the $1 billion a week
on the Iraq occupation.
 -
The tactics used by the U.S. in Iraq, with troops breaking
into homes, slaughter of "suspects," occupation of mosques
by marines, induction of Shi'ite and Kurdish mercenaries
given a free hand to humiliate Iraqis, systematic use of
torture and psy-ops have backfired. Such abuses generate
retaliation and large scale recruitment by armed Islamic groups.
 -
The U.S. has violated international law to such an extent
that civilization itself is now in danger. The assault on
Iraq began with blatant attempts to kill the President of
Iraq through aerial bombardment. The President of Iraq went
underground and fought the invaders for 8 months. Now he is
facing trial as if he, not the invaders, are criminal. Thus
the law of nations and the concepts of national
sovereignty have become meaningless.

Ahmad Omar Abu Ali: Arab-American Convicted of Terrorism.
Trial was a Complete Farce.
Abu Ali was a student at the Islamic University of Medina in
Arabia. Suddenly he was arrested by the Saudis in the year 2000.
He was kept in Saudi prison for almost 2 years where, he says,
he was repeatedly tortured. Doctors who examined him after he
was brought back to the U.S. corroborated the allegations of torture.
During the torture, Abu Ali "confessed" that he was linked to
terrorists. Observers say that under Saudi torture, anyone
can be made to "confess" anything.
However, the American judge who tried him would not let
the defense bring up the issue of the "Saudi system"
where torture is routinely used in total violation of
human rights. Also the defense was not allowed t bring
up indications that the Saudis were carrying out
orders from the U.S. government to break Abu Ali.
Evenly more grossly, Abu Ali is accused of planning to
assassinate President Bush. However, the person with whom
he allegedly had this conversation DIED a YEAR BACK and
is obviously not available as witness.
In February 2006, Abu Ali will be sentenced [probably to life].
This is "justice in America!"

Imam of Ohio's Biggest Mosque Stripped of Citizenship,
Arrested, facing Deportation: His Crime?
Opposing Israel and Sending Support to Forces Fighting Israel.
As far back as 1989 and 1990, Imam Fawaz Demra condemned Israel.
Looks like he supported the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The
government got after him for concealing his ties with
"terrorists" and supporting the Palestinians.
The government case was extremely weak. He was put in prison,
then in home detention, then released, and now again
arrested to be deported.
The Muslim community of his mosque is in a state of shock.
Here are a few excerpts on the case as reported in Associated Press.
Haider Alawan, a Damra supporter and a member of his mosque,
criticized officials for arresting Damra without warning and
said the local Islamic community is upset with how he's been treated.
"What kind of a threat is he? He's been out all this time?"
Alawan said. "Now his wife are children are back home
crying and not knowing what to do."
Damra is being held in Detroit by federal authorities. A
bond hearing is expected to take place next week before an
immigration judge in Detroit. The immigration office will
request that Damra be detained, Moskowitz said.
The Palestinian-born Damra, who is the imam, or spiritual
leader, at the Islamic Center of Cleveland, immigrated
to the United States in the mid-1980s.
The Islamic Center's board president, Dr. Jalal Abu-Shaweesh,
said Damra was not present Friday to lead prayers. He said
the mosque leadership would not comment on Damra's legal
problems or who might replace him.
Damra garnered 70 percent of the mosque's support during a
no-confidence vote before his trial. A new board of
trustees there chose to keep him on in September as well.
"They are prosecuting him for something he may have done 20
years ago. They're hunting him down for that and they don't
bother anyone else," said Saeid B. Amini, an attorney who
has worked for Damra on non-criminal matters. "We are
disappointed. It is a witch hunt."
U.S. District Judge James Gwin sentenced Damra to two months
in prison and four months in home detention in September 2004.
He also stripped Damra's citizenship but told prosecutors
they couldn't begin deportation proceedings until after
an appellate ruling.
A three-judge panel of the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals
unanimously denied Damra's appeal in March. The judges said
Damra clearly raised funds for a terrorist organization.

NEW TREND GAVE THIS INFORMATION WAY AHEAD of IPS.
We PUBLISH EXCERPTS [below] FROM THE IPS REPORT to
SHOW how secularists have to admit ISLAMIC excellence.
PAKISTAN:
Militants Gain Legitimacy Through Quake Relief
Ashfaq Yusufzai [IPS is published from Italy.]
BALAKOT, Nov 28 (IPS) -
While people living in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), as the
Pakistan-controlled part of Kashmir is officially known,
and the adjacent North West Frontier Province (NWFP) had
grown wary of the militant outfits, their efficiency and
promptness in providing relief after the Oct. 8
earthquake has been winning hearts and minds.
"We commend them (militants) because they were the ones
who reached here even before the army. They recovered the
dead bodies and pulled hundreds of children from the debris
of collapsed school buildings," said Gul Zameer, a
Balakot-based health worker, when asked about the role
of Jamaatud Dawa, the parent organisation of the banned
militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba (Soldiers of God).
"Our organisation happened to be the first to establish
relief and medical camps in the quake-hit areas,"
Salman Shahid, chief of Jamaatud Dawa (JD), told IPS.
Pakistan President Gen. Pervez Musharraf has admitted
publicly that "an administrative vacuum created by the
civil administration (immediately after the earthquake)
has thus been filled by militant organisations".
Interestingly, these outfits count as members trained
health workers, including doctors and whose services they
were able to summon in establishing field hospitals in
Kashmir and the NWFP.
Besides the army, the militant outfits, long based in these
Himalayan tracts sandwiched between Afghanistan and
Indian-administered Kashmir, are the only entities capable
of translating relief and rehabilitation funds into real
benefits for the victims.
Said Shahid: "We have operated upon some 700 quake victims
for fractured limbs in Kashmir alone and have begun a massive
reconstruction plan that includes the building of 400 mosques,
17,000 homes and 121 schools."
Shahid's group has also set up mobile hospitals, established
tented villages and is building an orphanage on land
acquired close to Rawalpindi, Pakistan's military hub.
A fear expressed by some is that the militants could turn
the orphans into as recruits -- but for now, the main worry
is still the safety of the large number of child survivors
that have nowhere else to turn.
Besides the hospitals and orphanages, the JD has also been
distributing essentials, ranging from crutches for the
crippled, tents and hard cash.
The response of other major militant groups, such as the
Al-Badr Mujahideen, Harkatul Mujahideen (HM) and smaller
organisations have also come in for widespread praise.
More than a hundred HM activists had reached Balakot an
hour after the calamity hit the region,
recalled Omar Raees, a schoolteacher.
"It was because of their work that hundreds of dead bodies
could be retrieved and the lives of many schoolgirls could
be saved," said Raees, who lost 300 of his colleagues.
Organisations like the Jamaat-e-Islami's Al-Khidmat
Welfare Society (AKWS) has tapped on the resources of
HM to "assess the food needs of the quake survivors, who
are then given foodstuff at the distribution points",
said an operative.
"Some 10,000 volunteers, including doctors, were deployed in
the towns and cities of Kashmir and NWFP in the first three
days but we are now concentrating on the remote and
inaccessible areas," said the JD chief.
"Only from Peshawar city, we have sent about 22 trucks loaded
with relief goods, including blankets, medicines and quilts.
The quantum of such goods sent from across the country runs
into thousands of trucks," said Jamal, who supervises a
Peshawar-based camp of the Dawa.
Last week, the United Nations was compelled to remind donors,
in a statement, that "tens of thousands of earthquake
survivors face death, hunger and disease, as well as
prolonged displacement and homelessness."
"Even in the face of such generosity, the risk of a second
disaster looms large," the U.N. statement said. "In order
to save lives today, these pledges must be fulfilled immediately."
In the meantime, at least a part of the desperately needed
funds is being collected by the militant groups, through
the special camps they set up in cities like Balakot and
Muzaffarabad, capital of AJK.
"Only the donation-collecting camps set up by the militant
organisations are still aggressively engaged in the raising
of funds," Jamal said, adding that they performed duties at
such camps on rotation basis.
The only requirement for people assigned supervisory tasks
at the fund-raising camps was that they be honest, said Jamal.
"We take no salary, because we want to please almighty Allah
by helping the needy people in trying times," the bearded
22-year-old said.
Jammat-e-Islami, part of the coalition that runs the
government in NWFP, has been sending medical teams from
the government-run hospitals under the supervision of AKWS,
mainly because army and authorities were missing from the scene.
"We had reached NWFP on Oct. 10, where we established
emergency medical camps. Not only the patients were
examined there, but they were also given food," said
Mohammad Ajmal, a Peshawar-based doctor.
He said that AKWS had also been providing assistance to
the medical teams of doctors from country and abroad by
establishing camps for them in the quake-ravaged areas
of NWFP and Kashmir.
"We are ready to render any sacrifice if called upon by
the JD. These people have responded to the tragedy more
swiftly than the government. We cannot forget the way they
worked," a group of quake survivors at a relief camp
told IPS in Balakot.
"There is no bar on the activities of the militant outfits
as long as they serve a humanitarian purpose," said
Major Gen. Shaukat Sultan, Director-General of
Inter-Services Public Relations.
Soon after the earthquake that measured 7.6 on the
Richter scale, Pakistanis, including thousands of
volunteers, had begun collecting donations and rushing
to the troubled spots to see how they could help.
However, voluntary activities soon lost steam, especially
because of a lack of funds and coordination and it was
only the militant organisations which continued to work.
