The massive invasion of Washington's political
arena by supporters of Israel,
both outright
Zionists
Jews
as well as our
Christian Right, have helped
produce the very situation which our first
president, George Washington, felt
so stongly about preventing that he dedicated
much of his farewell address to
the issue:
"The passionate attachment of one natiion for
another produces a variety
of evils.. Sympathy for the favorite nation,
facilitating the illusion of a
common interest where no common interest
exists....It leads also to concessions
to the favorite nation , of privileges denied
others..unnecessarily parting
with what ought to be retained...exciting
jealousy, ill will, and a disposition
to retaliate in the parties from whom equal
privileges are withheld." " It
gives to ambitious, corrupted or or deluded
citizens who devote themselves to
the favorite nation, facility to betray or
sacriice the interests of their
own country, without odium, sometimes even with
populatrity, gilding with the
appearance of a virtuous sense of
obligatiion..the base for foolish
compliances of ambition, corruption or
infatuatiion. How many opportunities they
afford to tamper with opinion, to influence or
awe the puiblic councils? ...Since
history and experience prove that foreign
influence is one of the most
baleful foes of a republican government....real
patriots, who may resist the
intrigues of the favorite, are liable to become
suspected and odious.....The
great rule of conduct for us, in regard to
foreign nations, in extending our
commercial relations, is to have with them as
little poliitical connection as
possible."

Washington's tendency to favor the State of
Israel since the formation of
this artificial entity by the United Nations in
1947, has inflicted upon the
American people most, if not all, of the ills and
evils described by our First
President. The blowbacks continue to this day.
Throughout the fifty-five
years if the State of Israel's existence, our
government has treated the original
inhabitants of
Palestine
with a mixture of total
disregard, disdain and
objective repression. Washington initially
turned its back on the fate of some
750,000 Palestinians who were violently expelled
from their homes and
properties by the Israeli military in 1948, and,
ever since, has been most
cheap in contributing to those United
Nations funds which still provide life
support to those who half a century later
still survive in refugee camps.
The same disdain has been visited upon those
Palestinians violently
dispossessed by Israel in her 1967 war of
aggression against
Egypt,
Syria,
Jordan,
Gaza and the West Bank.
When President Reagan chose to militarily support
Sharon's brutal invasion of
Lebanon
in 1982, shelling the unprotected
population of Beirut offshore from
our USS New Jersey, we paid with the loss of
over 400 US Marine lives.
When the Israeli military, during the 1967 War
intent on seizing the Golan
Heights from Syria, wanted to hide this invasion
from Washington, Israeli pilots
bombed, strafed and murdered nearly half the
crew of our intelligence ship
the USS LIBERTY which was sailing in
international waters just off the coast
of Lebanon. Jewish pressure has since kept
Congress from ever
investigating this horrendous crime. The
killing of our Marines in Saudi Arabia in
1993,the more recent loss of our embassies in
Kenya and Tasmania, the bombing
of the USS Cole, and finally, the
Twin Towers and Pentagon
destructions are
all related to Washington's political obeisance
to Jewish money and the
Zionists in our capital.
Throughout the 55 years of Israel's existence,
the daily repressions of the
Palestinian population, Israel's land
seizures, the destruction of olive
orchards, the stealing of water rights,
targeted killings, home demolitions,
and savage expropriation of farmland by hundreds
of illegal Jewish
settlements and their interconnected highways
have taken place with scarcely a
mention by Washington. Whenever, under pressure
from other nations, the United
Nations has voted for Resolutions against
Israel's egregious behavior, Washington
has rushed to defend the Jewish State, and in
these nefarious
interferences, has either abstained, lobbied
against or vetoed over 80 attempts by the
international community to support Palestinian
human, economic and political
rights and confront Israel's failure to meet in
any fashion those rules set
by the Geneva Conventions regarding the rights
of an occcupied people to
social and medical and economic services and
freedom from land expropriation and
curfew. In this disgusting campaign designed
to protect our "parasite",
Washington has both materially weakened the
prestige of the United
Nations, and shamed us all before the world.
When, in
Afghanistan,
in the spring of 1998,
Osama Ben Laden spoke with
John Miller of the
Assoc Press,
this Muslim
leader threw down the gauntlet
to the US and Israel. Ben Laden said clearly
that the Muslim World of over
1.2 billion peoples across the globe would no
longer tolerate our ongoing
genocide in
Iraq,
a daily killing fostered by a
savage embargo, by
sewage-contaminated water, a near-starvation
diet, lethal radiation from depleted-uranium
shells, and those thousands of
"cluster-bomblets" left for Iraqi children to
explode., Ben Laden added: nor would his
Muslim brethren any longer
tolerate our support for Israel's land theft
and human rights abuses in the
Occupied Territories. Ben Laden's promises of
Muslim reprisal were not long in
coming.
After September 11th we had choices: We might
have restrained Israel's
Sharon, closed down Israel's illegal
settlements, and removed Israel from
our payroll. We also might have have
discontinued the deadly embargo on
the Iraqis, allowing Saddam's people to rebuild
their country. Instead,
driven by
Bush's
Zionist friends, and our Vice
President's oil interests, we
first sought revenge in Afghanistan, further
ravaged a just-recovering people,
and left the place again a shambles. Next,
still under pressure from
Israel's supporters in Washington, which
include the Bush Jewish advisors,
Elliot Abrhams, and Douglas Feith, plus Richard
Perle and Paul Wolfowitz,
( both of the latter two had long been working for
the overthrow of Saddam's
regime ) Washington lied to the American
people about Iraq's "weapons of
mass destruction" , while secretary of state
Colin Powell both mislead and
pressured the United Nations Security Council in
order to militarily carry
out the further devastation of Iraq and its
impoverished people. Vice
president Dick Cheney and his Halburton
Associates, for their own reasons, quietly
encouraged this assault on Saddam's country.
It has not only in the moral costs, or the loss
of American lives that
feeding this Zionist parasite damages this
Country, but from an economic
point of view, support for Israel continues
to be a tragedy. Thomas R.
Stauffer's : THE COST TO THE US TAXPAYERS OF THE
ISRAELI-PALESTINIAN CONFLICT
(See Washington Report, June 2003 vol XXII no.5)
details the total burden
born by the US taxpayer since the inception of
the State of Israel.
Stauffer's carefully documented study shows
that paying for both the instability
and conflict in the Middle East totals out to
be "close to $3 trillion in
2002 dollars". Yearly interest-free "loans"
to Israel, annual stipends,
military advances, millions spent in military
support during the 1982
Lebanon invasion and the 1973 War, plus the
billions paid for oil during the
resulting OPEC embargo are but the tip of
American's iceberg of debt. A
further drain on on Washington's present
deficit-ridden budget in 2003 is a $9
billion stipend to Israel, plus a $10 billion
loan which Sharon will use to
kill Palestinians and extend illegal
settlements. The interest in this loan
will also be paid by the US taxpayer. Zionist
interests will thus reduce those
social and educational services we Americans so
desperately need.
Meanwhile In Israel, as columnnist Charlie Reese
put it, (web net. 20 June)
Bush supports a "road to nowhere".
Fearful of pressuring Sharon to end Israel's
daily terrorism against the
Palestinians, our president and his Zionist
advisors have successfully
isolated the Palestinians leader Arafat, to
support Washington's quisling,
Abbas, a man who has little popular trust...
The Bush road map is meeting that
impassable obstruction that throughout history,
has eventually overthrown
most colonial regimes: the willingness of an
occupied people to sacrifice
themselves for freedom, Britain's King George
III received his first
reminder of this from our patriot ancestors at
Lexington.
Though the controlled American
media
daily
demonizes Palestinian's "suicide
bombers" the intelligent world understands
Sharon, his military, and
the illegal settlers are the real terrorists,
and that until UN Resolutions
244 and 383 are fully implemented, there will be
no peace. In reality, many
of the more than 80 UN Resolutions supported
by both the Un General
Assembly and Security Council, and often vetoed
by Washington, have been
resolutions against Israel's many acts of
terrorism.
Oona King, Jewish MP from Britain's Labor Party,
recently made this comment
in Parliament: "The original founders of the
Jewish State could surely not
imagine the irony facing Israel today: In
escaping the ashes of the
Holocaust, they have incarcerated another poeple
in a hell similar in its nature...to
the Warsaw Ghetto."

Critical Note on Sources of Islamic Law
It's true that, technically speaking, Ijma` and
Qiyas are themselves
extracted from the
Qur'an
and Sunna, but I find
your statement misleading.
You said, "Only the Qur'an and the Authentic
Hadith
are sources of Islamic
Law", which implies you do not recognize the
other two sources, upon which
there is no disagreements among the people of
Usul whatsoever. The only
Muslims who reject Ijma` are some of the
Mu`tazila and Khawarij, and the
only ones who reject Qiyas are the Ja`faris and
Zahiris. There is no
disagreement among Sunni Muslims on the that fact
that Ijma` and Qiyas are
definite sources of legal proofs (adilla, sigl.
dalil).
Another point: stating that only "Authentic
hadith" are used in fiqh is
totally erroneous by the consensus of the Four
Madhhabs.

Homosexuality
Bismillaah. Salaam; Interesting article at your

can Save America.] I was reminded of my own
thoughts concerning homosexuality. I
see the people being forced into homosexuality
the same way as they were made
to serve Satan's agency [commonly called dog].
Its the same trend, that is
taking place. I can remember it [dog] from my
childhood [about 8 years old] and
how I swore off it [never to be a part of it
inshaa'Allaah]. The people still
don't know what's coming [what is about to happen
to them] even though they
had some idea concerning what serving Satan's
agency, was about.
P.S. I had no idea that Muslims tried to flee
america, after 9/11. I still
do not accept the 9/11 event the way that it is
