AMAZING GOOD NEWS FROM BANGLADESH:
Many years back Prof Ali Reza came from
Bangladesh to study Physics
at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He was
a brilliant student and was
admitted to the Ph.D program with an excellent
scholarship.
In 1990 he was attacked while he was asleep in
his apartment. His head was
smashed in and he was in coma for nearly four
months. By Allah's miracle, one
day he woke up.
For years he was helpless, undergoing
constant therapy, and with his
memory of the night of terror as well as his
scientific memory gone. He could
hardly walk or see properly for several years.
Years passed and Ali Reza kept struggling to
be physically fit and to
retain his faith. Most of his friends deserted
him. At times he was bitter
and seemingly without hope.
He wanted to stay on in
America,
scared at the
lack of medical facilities in
Bangladesh. He taught himself about computers. He
would get into long
arguments with us about all kinds of issues. He
participated in
demonstrations, including the MILLION MAN MARCH,
though he could hardly walk.
Then he got some good advice, to go back home
and let the people of his
family and the warm Islamic faith of his people
give him new life. Ali Reza
returned to his people.
Alhamdulillah, he has succeeded! Last year
my friend Ali Reza got
married. A woman, a Muslimah, said yes to him, to
his hold on life and to the
future. [May Allah bless you dear sister.] Now we
got the best news: Ali Reza
is the father of a son. The child is doing well
and has been named Ahmed.
[Allahu Akbar wa lillahil hamd.]
We would like to send a gift to Br. Ali
Reza's family. If you would like

PROF. Al-ARIAN, WHO SUPPORTED BUSH, IS BEING
'TRIED' BY THE MEDIA FOR HELPING THE PEOPLE OF
PALESTINE:
Symbol of America's
Oppression of Innocent Muslims
Br. "Nick" from Los Angeles has sent us an L.A.
Times article full of
frivolous charges against Prof. Al-Arian, the
most recent victim of the
Zionist
takeover of America. Br. "Nick" has
marked the following words in
red, in which unknown FBI sources are quoted:
"In one 1995 incident, for instance, Al-Arian
wrote a fund-raising letter
several days after two suicide bombers linked to
PIJ killed 22 people at Beit
Lid,
Israel,
according to the indictment.
In the letter, Al-Arian boasted about the attack,
asked for money to help the
families of the suicide bombers and "cited the
bombing as example of what PIJ
could do," the indictment said. "In the letter,
[Al-Arian] requested
additional money so that operations such as Beit
Lid could continue."
NEW TREND'S RESPONSE:
The whole thing is legally full of holes.
The claim is that EIGHT YEARS back he wrote a
fund raising letter. How do we
know that he did any such thing? Has its
authenticity been proven in court?
He is being tried in the media while the court
trial has not even started.
Even if he was involved in armed resistance to
Israel, how is that a crime
against America?
He has NEVER committed a crime against America.
