Zulhijja 18 is the anniversary of the third righteous Caliph of Islam, Usman ibn Affan, r.a. He was very wealthy but he gave it away for the Islamic struggle. He married, the Prophet's daughter, Ruqayya, r.s., though she was very unwell. When she died, he married the Prophet's second daughter.
He compiled the Qur'an which we have today. Various conspirators and rumor mongers attacked him. Ali, r.a., sent his sons to defend him, as did other Sahaba, but he did not want anyone to fight over him. So he sent them away. The conspirators killed him. Today these sectarians continue to attack and abuse Usman, r.a., and yet they claim to be followers of Ali, r.a. Beware of sectarianism. These people are spreading abuse of the sahaba, r.a., on the Internet.

Maryam Jameelah passes away: Awesome Spiritual Power. Great Critic of Western Powers.

She will live forever in the hearts of those who love Islam. She converted from Judaism to Islam, did the hijra from New York to Lahore, Pakistan, and, as a student of Maulana Maudoodi, she issued book after book with devastating criticism of western writers and the entire western way of life.
Her correspondence with Maulana Maudoodi is worth reading. She also wrote about her life in Pakistan, living like a house wife with daily chores and problems to overcome but also a genius whose pen is so strong that it can change a person's view point. She took to strict purdah, became a second wife to her Pakistani husband, whom she lovingly called "my Khan sahib," and gave birth to his children. It's amazing how she could do so much which was conventional and so much which was revolutionary.
I visited her in her home in Lahore and could not but be impressed by her humility. May Allah accept her sacrifices and give her a place in Jannat al-Firdous.

Help the American People, not Israel: Khutba on Monster Storm and Elections
A Muslim voting for Obama or Romney is indulging in Kufr. Hajjis should think.

Dr. Kaukab Siddique gave the Juma Khutba in central Baltimore on November 2. Here are some of the main points.

  1. This monster storm which has caused $80 billion in damage and 75 deaths is NOT punishment from Allah, It's only a warning. Punishment would wipe out the cities.

  2. Why the warning? Look at how the two Zionist candidates are ignoring the poor and the deprived and the exploited people of America. The first damage to be repaired is in Atlantic City, the center of gambling.

  3. Homosexuality is HARAM in Islam. Obama says homosexual marriage is legitimate. So, now he is not only attacking Islam and Christianity but the Constitution of the US to which he took oath.

  4. The Constitution says: Freedom of religion. He is saying, no, whatever your religion says, he is legitimizing homosexuality. Is it a surprise that we are getting a warning from Allah?

  5. In spite of the tremendous losses, both Obama and Romney continue to support huge funds and latest weapons for Israel. These are Zionists. The American people mean nothing to them. Even the misery of New Jersey and New York is being used for photo ops and political gains.

  6. Islam says: don't kill innocent people. Both Obama and Romney say they will continue to kill, using DRONES, targeting little villages, sitting in Tampa, Florida, pressing buttons to launch missiles.

  7. Islam is the only hope for America. The holy books of non-Muslims do not speak against liquor and gambling. The youth of America are being ruined by these twin evils. Only Islam has Shariah against these abominations.

  8. Hajjis should think of the way they dressed in hajj: One, unstiched cloth, like grave shroud. Equality, simplicity, Day Of Judgement.

  9. Think of the stoning of Satan in the Hajj. We do not love oppressors. We, metaphorically stone them. Think of the Palestinian children stoning Israeli satans. Islam is not teaching peace with occupiers, oppressors, exploiters.

  10. Think of the blessed woman Hajira, r.a. alone in the desert. Think of the symbolism of Safa and Marwa, the woman alone, confronting great odds. {read the Qur'an.]
    Then think of Jibreel visiting Hajira, r.a., and the MIRACLE of Zam Zam, still alive today. This is all in Sahih Bukhari. Read Hadith every day to understand the Qur'an.

  11. This African woman, hajira, r.a., was the founder of Makkah, the holiest city of Islam. Authentic Hadith.

  12. Pray for all the Islamic prisoners in US gulags, imprisoned by Bush on flimsy charges, kept in prison by Obama. Think of the groaning inhumanity of two million African American and Hispanic prisoners. They are treated like things, numbers. Islam is their only source of hope.

Eid Khutba to more than 800 Muslims: Imam Badi's Community work,
Dr. Siddique's anti-Israel Call: Liberate al-Aqsa, or Zion will grab Makkah.

Greensboro, North Carolina, has a large Muslim community which has become viable owing to the love and compassion offered to everyone by Imam Badi Ali and his team of volunteers and workers.
At the Eid al-Adha congregation, Imam Badi announced awards for 6 Muslim women and 8 elders with encouragement for many others.
The youth group has developed very nicely. Family get togethers are quite common, The city is dotted with businesses run or owned or supported by Muslims.
Dr. Kaukab Siddique gave the Eid khutba to more than 800 people, including many women, from Palestine, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, UAE, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia and Saudi. The second largest number were from African countries, including Sudan, Somalia, Niger, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and others.
[The main point of the wide ranging khutba was to urge Muslims to unite against Israel. Dr. Siddique said Israel has occupied Palestine by force and has desecrated Masjid al-Aqsa. It's a great shame that Muslims need Israel's permission to visit Masjid al-Aqsa. If we do not liberate al-Aqsa, International Jewry will try to grab Makkah and Madinah directly or indirectly, he said. Israel is spreading its evil throughout Africa and the latest is the Israeli bombing of Sudan.American Muslims, Dr. Siddique said, can use non-violent means to boycott all businesses which support Israel.]

Juma Khutba in Greensboro, North Carolina. Juma prayers on the day of Eid are not obligatory, so the numbers were small. Dr. Siddique gave an extensive khutba to about 100 people. It was a very wide ranging khutba. In fact he went over the time he had been given, 30 minutes, by 25 minutes, with a total of a 55 minute khutba. Among the points Dr. Siddique made was that it is KUFR to vote for the oppressors of Muslims, the friends of Israel, the occupiers of Muslim countries, the users of drone attacks to carry out extra-judicial killings in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia. Muslims must return to the UMMAH concept he said: ONE ALLAH, ONE leader, MUHAMMAD, pbuh, ONE QUR'AN, ONE QIBLAH. There are 1.8 BILLION of us, he said.

Talking to Pakistanis In North Carolina:
After the long Juma Khutba in Greensboro, Dr. Kaukab Siddique was invited to lunch by the local Pakistani families. He explained to them in detail, speaking in Urdu, that the Pakistani military has committed serious crimes against the Islamic population of the northern areas.There is some Islamic dissent in the army, he said, but the top leadership is thoroughly westernized. He said, MQM in Karachi is a threat to the independence of Pakistan and its control of the local government has given it vast resources and support of gangsters. MQM is gradually being pushed back by Jamaate Islami which has surprised everyone by gaining widespread support from women in. Karachi

Breaking News: Nigerian military slaughters hundreds of Muslim youths.

On November 1, Nigerian military forces collected young men from four districts of the northern city of Maiduguri, took them to open fields and shot them at point blank range. One Imam was called to pick up the bodies of four of his sons and saw 48 more bodies lying there. Similar scenes were enacted in various parts of the city. It is feared that Christian troops, armed by the US and Israel, were used in the slaughter. [The news of the killings was released by AFP, BBC and al-Jazeerah on November 2, along with excuses by the Nigerian military that "we have to do this." The army seemed to be in a murderous mood because one of its retired generals was klled a few days back by the Boko Haram mujahideen.

The conflict in Nigeria arose after the army, a few years back, slaughtered the leader of Boko Haram, imam Yusuf, and hundreds of Muslims and destroyed their mosques and medressas. Breaking news #2: November 1.According to Pakistani media, Pakistani jet fighters and helicopter gunships struck Islamic activists of a group known as Lashkare Islam in the Tirah valley [Khyber agency]. At least 20 Muslims were killed andnothers injured. Khyber abuts Afghanistan and is used by Pakistan to transport supplies to the NATO occupation forces in Afghanistan.
November 3: In Buner, 70 miles from Islamabad, a Pak Taliban human bomber blew up the leader of a tribal militia and his 3 guards who had been mobilized by the military to organize against the Taliban. It seems to be in retaliation for the air attacks

Breaking News #3. [Month 19 of the Syrian Islamic uprising. 38,000 killed so far by Assad.]

November 3. Syrian "rebels" supported by Al-Nusra Islamic group are attacking Assad's air base in Taftanaz, near Aleppo, to stop ongoing air strikes by Assad.

Meanwhile the Syrian air force carried out strikes on Syrian cities supporting the uprising against Assad. Such cities were bombed, killing 180 people. In response, defectors from the Syrian army and al-Qaida -related Islamics attacked Assad's check points on the Damascus-Aleppo road killing 28 pro-Assad Alawite troops. [The Syrians were surprised. Some of them appear to have been executed after capture, which is a crime.
In the latest tragedy, Assad's artillery destroyed the biggest Syrian bakery in Atareb [Aleppo] which supplied bread to the poor and the needy countrywide. 12 people were killed in attack.

Breaking News # 4:
October 25: Buddhist mobs are once again attacking unarmed Rohingya Muslims in Arakan, southwestern Burma [Myanmer]. The mobs are supported by Burmese military who provide them petroleum to burn Muslim homes. By last reports, 4 Muslim villages had been burned down and at least 80 Muslims killed. Terror stricken women and children are fleeing to Bangladesh but Bangladesh, run by a pro-India clique, does not allow them to enter..

Gathering of Zionist Jews in the media: The Case of Bill Mahr

October 31: Mentally Bill Mahr seems to be retarded. His claim to greatness lies in his ability to, abruptly, say the F word about pompous right wingers like Trump. Every now and then, he makes fun of Jesus, pbuh, and Mary, pbuh. Although a Jew, he is quite uncaring that Christians will be offended. In fact he relishes it.

In this program he was surrounded by a motley crew of Jews. Most prominent was Eliot Spitzer, former Governor of New York, who resigned because hec was caught using government funds to pay an expensive prostitute he visited frequently at $1000 an hour Another Jew with Mahr was Nate Silver who claims to make all kinds of predictions about all kinds of things. Then there was Christia Freland, some kind of a featherhead who made boring comments about Republicans.
Mahr, cunning Jew that he is, had also brought in Michael Steele, a Black Republican, who allowed himself to be caricatured by the others. The biggest laughs from the studio came when Mahr used the F word and claimed that Trump's mother had sex with a monkey.
[This was clearly racist content but being a Jew, the media excuse Mahr. Perhaps his bosses can't see that he is a typical White racist.

In the Name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Salaams to all! A reminder from El-Irlandi to himself, and if it benefits, the Ummah of Muhammad (saw). To proceed:
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (May Allah exalt his mention and protect him from imperfection) said: "He who removes from a believer one of his difficulties of this world, Allah will remove one of his troubles on the Day of Resurrection; and he who finds relief for a hard-pressed person, Allah will make things easy for him on the Day of Resurrection; he who covers up (the faults and sins) of a Muslim, Allah will cover up (his faults and sins) in this world and in the Hereafter. Allah supports His slave as long as the slave is supportive of his brother; and he who treads the path in search of knowledge, Allah makes that path easy, leading to Jannah for him; the people who assemble in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah, learning it and teaching, there descends upon them the tranquility, and mercy covers them, the angels flock around them, and Allah mentions them in the presence of those near Him; and he who lags behind in doing good deeds, his noble lineage will not make him go ahead." ( Hadith in Sahih Muslim)
Our beloved Prophet (saw) said that the best speech is that which is short and meaningful. If one knows, for instance, Dr. Siddique, you would think his favorite chapter of the Qur'an is Suratul-Balad (90). The same applies to the brother's daughter, who reminds me of Sumayyah. I can not count the times I have heard them both recite, "fakku raqabah"! This is not to be said to sing praises to any mortal being; I mentioned this as an example and to show how Imaan is not just talk. If you think the Shahadahtain is just some phrase, your Shahadah is fake. Iman is speech, conviction in the heart, and action with the limbs simultaneosly. We see members of JAM and even sympathizers, showing their Iman with the limbs by holding placards, speaking out the the pharaohs of this Ummah, and removing hardships from the people. JAM and NTM it seems may be the only voice of the Ummah, especially here in the United States. I am not trying to sound partial, but name any of these groups here that are supposed to be our advocate manifest every point listed in the hadith above, other than JAM.

There was a Caliph who sent the whole entire Muslim army to Rome to free ONE female Muslim captive. Or, we can remove something harmful from the path of passers by.

"And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they HURRY to their friendship, saying: 'We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.' Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then thy will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves." [Al-Maa'idah (5):52]
This ayaah is about those who profess to be Muslims, but when the going gets tough, because Allah wants to be sure about their sincerety to what they profess to believe in, they drop Islam and try to find shelter, as Allah said, "their friendship"- who hate Muslims, freedom, justice, and equal rights (for all humans) - everything that comes with Islam.

Then, when they see the Muslims weather the storm and become successful, they become regretful because they were exposed for who they really are: a munaafiq - a hypocrite. That is a hard thing for any human being to live with. It causes many health problems and early aging. Allah continues:

"And those who believe say: 'Are these the men (hypocrites) who swore their strongest oaths by Allah that they were with you (Muslims)?' All that they did has been in vain (because of their hypocrisy), and they have become the losers." [Al-Maa'idah (5):53]
How many of these wicked scholars are in our midst who "swear their strongest oaths by Allah"? When in actuality they are spreading fesad and fahishah by making up stories and trying to get rid of the Muslims on the street who are manifesting Suratul-Balad. They charge millions of dollars for them to come "speak" at a convention. They are no different that Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar, etc. Because they are "pop" and "teeny-bopper" Shaikhs; we have a generation of young Muslims who are being zombified.
I went to the funeral of an American soldier recently; he passed from natural causes though, not in combat. I did not go to this funeral for any reason except I saw a press release that Westboro Baptist Church would be picketing the man's funeral. These people go to funerals of high profile people and tell them the most lewdest things and how God hates them, etc. They also have a whole website dedicated to slandering Islam.
I knew it was my obligation to face this situation peacefully with my own placards. I beseeched the aid of the Muslims here. I did no see a single one show up. I kept telling my colleagues, "I wish my brothers and sisters would have been here with me."
I am the advocacy brother here at NTM. I ask the readers, Muslim and non-Muslim, do something today to make things right for someone else. Ease someone's load. Do we even have smiles on our faces and good manners? Greeting those we know and do not know? Covering each other's faults? As the saying goes, "Many are called, but few are chosen." Allah supports His slave as long as the slave is supportive of his brother. It is also amazing how Rasoolullah (saw) only said "one of his difficulties".
All Glory is Yours, oh Allah, and so is all of the praise. I openly bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but You. I seek your forgiveness and repent to you.

AN OPEN LETTER TO HER PARENTS

[Maryam Jameelah, a well-known convert from Judaism to Islam wrote an open letter to her parents.]
Dear Mother and Father,
I have now been living in Pakistan for more than twenty years during which time you have acquired an entire additional family of loved-ones there, adding much to your happiness. You have reached a ripe age, thank God, living longer in good health than I had ever expected. You have read all my books and Islamic literature I have sent you with a broad and open mind. Therefore you need no introduction to the subject I wish to discuss with you now and nothing I have to say will seem strange and new to you.
I wonder if you realize fully how very fortunate you are. So long as you can keep in reasonable health and are able to take care of yourselves, you can continue to enjoy a pleasant life. But do you ever think of the tragic faith of those hundreds of thousands of other older Americans, the victims of chronic illness and infirmities, who crowd to over-flowing hospitals and nursing homes (which are really charnel houses), the old-age homes and the senile wards of mental institutions? And do you ever think of those still greater numbers of older people who are widowed and live their lonely lives confined to their dingy rooms in constant fear of muggings, physical attacks and robberies by juvenile delinquents who prey on the old and infirm with no remorse or fear of punishment? The maltreatment of older people is a direct result of the collapse of the home and extended family. Does your elder sister - my aunt Rosalyn, a great-grandmother lovingly sheltered in a close and adoring family and a happy home, ever think how lucky she is and how few of her advanced age in America are left like her?
You must know that society in which you were brought up and have lived all your life is in a state of rapid disintegration on the brink of collapse. Actually the decline in our civilization was evident as far back as World War I but at that time few people except some intellectuals and artists were aware of what was happening. But since the end of World War II and especially during the last two decades, the rot has reached such a stage of advanced decay that nobody can any longer ignore it.
The moral anarchy in the absence of any respected, fixed standards of behavior and conduct, the obsession with perverted sex over the entertainment media, the mistreatment of older people, the divorce rate which has climbed so high that among the new generation, an enduring, happy marriage is becoming rare, child abuse, the destruction of the natural environment, the prodigious waste of scarce and valuable resources, the epidemic of veneral diseases and mental disorders, drug addiction, alcoholism, suicides as leading cause of death, crime, vandalism, corruption in the government and contempt for the law in general - all of this has a cause.
The cause of this is the failure of secularism and materialism and the absence of absolute, transcendental theological and moral values. Deed does in the final analysis depend upon creed because if the intention is wrong, the work always suffers.
No doubt that it may bore you to read this. You will protest that if you are not theologians, philosophers or sociologists, then why bother about such "deep" matters when they do not seem to be of any direct concern to you? After all, you are happy and content living just as you are. You only wish to enjoy life right now, live entirely in the present and accept each day as it comes. If life is a journey, is it not foolhardy only to be concerned with pleasant and comfortable accommodations along the way and never to think about the journey's end? Why were we born? What is the meaning and purpose of life, why must we die and what will happen to each of us after death?
Father you have told me more than once that you cannot accept any traditional religion because you are convinced that theology conflicts with modern science. Science and technology have indeed given us much information about the physical world, provided us with abundant comforts and conveniences, increased efficiency and discovered remedies for many diseases that used to be fatal. But science does not and cannot tell us about the meaning of life and death. Science tells us "how" but it never answers the question "why"?. Can science ever tell us what is right and what is wrong? What is good and what is evil? What is beautiful and what is ugly? And to whom are we accountable for what we do? Religion does.
Today America is in many ways a repetition of ancient Rome in the terminal stages of her decline and fall. Thinking people know that secularism has failed to be a sound foundation of our social order. They are anxiously searching in other directions for a solution to the crisis but do not know yet where to find it. This is not of concern only to a few sociologists. The disease of national disintegration directly affects you and me and each one of us.
During its most critical period, ancient Rome adopted Christianity as its salvation and henceforth the Church dominated Europe for more than a thousand years. This put an end to many of the worst social and moral evils of decadent Rome and greatly raised the moral and spiritual standards of the people. Unfortunately during the formative period of its history, the Church compromised with paganism and secularism, adopting an elaborate priesthood and incomprehensive theology which could not resist the impact of the renaissance, the revival of the natural sciences and the radical secularism of the French Revolution. While Christians in Europe and America have deserted their faith wholesale leaving the churches almost empty, the missionaries continue to represent the vanguard of western imperialism and exploitation in Asia and Africa.
After Christianity, the Jews comprise the second largest religious group in America who dominate politically, and economically, as well exercising considerable control over the media. But Judaism has always been parochial and tribal, seldom welcoming converts. It is not and has never been a universal faith. The Zionist movement which resulted in the establishment of the state of Israel, is the secular expression of Jewish nationalism and tribalism. The dreadful atrocities committed by the Israelis in occupied Palestine, the unprovoked aggression in Lebanon and adjacent areas and attempted genocide of the Palestine Arabs, depriving them of all human and political rights, is the logical result of this same narrow parochial outlook. This is the reason why even the most orthodox of the rabbis refuse to believe that Israel can do any wrong and uncritically support everything she does. These glaring moral and spiritual defects automatically disqualify Judaism as the faith of the future.
The Muslims comprise the third and fastest growing faith in America today. No longer is Islam confined to remote regions of the deserts and jungles of Asia and Africa. No longer is Islam foreign to the American scene. There are more than three million Muslims in America today and their numbers are increasing fast. There are thousands of students from all Muslim countries studying in American universities, and well-educated, highly-trained Muslims are busily at work in all professions. In the last two decades, hundreds of native-born American converts have swelled their ranks. At first most of the converts were black people who found in Islam, dignity, honor, self-respect and racial brotherhood as did Malcolm-X, but in recent years more and more white converts of European origin, searching for guidance in all the affairs of their formally chaotic lives, have also embraced Islam, making many sacrifices and enduring much hardships to do so. Few of them are fortunate as I am to have loving parent like you. Most of them suffer severe frictions with their non-Muslim parents and relatives. Today churches and synagogues are almost deserted but the newly-built mosques and Islamic centers, springing up in every important American city and town, are attracting rapidly growing numbers. Most of the new Muslims in America are young, intelligent and well-educated. What attracts so many young Americans to Islam?
Americans today, both young and old, are desperately searching for guidance. They know from bitter experience that the personal freedom and opportunities they as Americans enjoy are meaningless and self-destructive without reliable guidance, direction and purpose. Secularism and materialism are powerless to provide any positive or constructive moral values for Americans either individually or collectively. That is why after Christianity and Judaism have failed them, more and more people in America today are turning towards Islam. In Islam as new Muslims, they find a sane, healthy, clean and honest life. And for Muslims, everything does not come to an end at death. They look forward to an Eternity of bliss, peace and perfect happiness (in the Hereafter).
This Guidance found in the Holy Qur'an and the recorded words and deeds of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, upon whom be peace, is not only for foreign races in some far-away corner of the East, centuries ago. Here are to be found the solutions to all economic, social, moral and political problems which face us right here in the West today. Furthermore, Islam is not cold, remote and impersonal. Muslims have complete faith in a very personal God who not only created, sustains and rules the universe but also loves and deeply cares about the fate of each of us. The Holy Qur'an tells us that God is nearer to everyone of us than our jugular veins!
Since the Holy Qur'an is divine revelation, it cannot and will never be changed. Because it is perfect, it cannot be improved, revised or reformed. Since Muhammad, upon whom be peace, is the final Prophet, his guidance can never be superseded by any other. The Qur'an and Sunnah are addressed to all peoples, in every country of the West as well as the East. Since it is relevant for all times, in all places, it can never become obsolete or out-of-date.
You are both of very advanced age and there is so little time left. Yet it is not too late if you act now. If your decision is positive, your ties with your loved ones in Pakistan will not only be by blood but also in faith. You cannot only love them in this world but be all together with us forever in eternity.
If your decision is negative, I am very much afraid that your happy, comfortable and pleasant life will very shortly come to an end. As soon as the inevitable occurs, it is too late for remorse and regrets. The punishment will be terrible from which there is no refuge and no escape.
It is as your daughter who loves you and hopes to the end that you will be spared this fate. But the decision rests entirely with you. You have complete freedom to accept or reject: Your future depends upon the choice you make now.
