Is Pope Benedict Preparing the latest Crusade?

The Pope has spoken against the Blasphemy Laws in Pakistan. He has supported the Copts of Egypt against the Muslims. The Pope seems misinformed. His increasing hostility to Islam is no longer a matter of interpretation. What right has the Pope to oppose the laws of Pakistan, when the masses of Pakistanis support them? Most Christians and Muslims live in mutual harmony and respect. The Pope's thoughtless remarks will only help to divide Christians from Muslims.

The Pope is also supporting the Copts of Egypt against the Muslims. Again he seems to be out of touch. Is he not aware of the human rights group in Switzerland which has expressed deep concern over the kidnapping of Muslim women, wives of Coptic priests, who had embraced Islam? The women, according to the human rights report, were kidnapped in coordinated moves by Egyptian security forces and the Coptic Church have disappeared. The attack on the Coptic institution happened after the double kidnapping.

We urge the Pope to stop his provocations. Ever since the Vatican recognized Israel as a legitimate entity, the Pope has become involved in unholy invective against Islam and Muslims.

Hail the People of Tunisia: but Gangster Ben Ali's Militia still active

We hail the uprising of the Tunisian people. The people, the new generation, have defeated the tyrant Zine al-Abidin ben Ali and forced him and his family to flee the country. The police and the militia he formulated have slaughtered the protestors. Fifty people were killed by "security forces" in one city alone. The tyrant is gone but his militias are running riot, terrorizing the people in the hope that the regime will be re-established under a new face.

Tunisia has been brutal against the Islamic movement of the country. Security forces killed, arrested at random and raped the Islamic opposition. The Tunisian people were entirely at the mercy of the secularist regime. The regime, backed 100% by Washington, was a total failure. The new generation rose up because of the lack of jobs, the total corruption of the ruling family and the lack of hope for the future.

America has worked very smoothly to remove the tyrant from Tunis to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The US hope is that the people will be fooled by the removal of the gangster family and the promise of elections.

Tunisians will have to learn that Islam is their only solution. When their founder-dictator Bourghuiba, may Allah put him in hell forever, attacked Islam and drank on TV during Ramadan, the Tunisian people did not rise up. Hence the decades of shame, decadence and westernization they have faced. [Look at the names of these gangsters: Zine al-Abidin, a thuggish secularist, named after one of the blessed ahlul bayt of the Prophet, pbuh. They are blasphemers even in their names.]

Other rulers in Africa are also worried about the people rising up as in Tunisia. In Egypt, Libya and Sudan there are tremors in the ruling structure. Qaddafi sees conspiracy. Libya has long crushed Islamic groups. A number of poor people have set themselves on fire in Egypt. In Sudan, the Islamic leader Hasan al-Turabi was arrested, January 17, after he called for Sudan to open up and change its system. If the South can be allowed to vote for separation, Sudan will break up unless the rulers make big concessions.

Anti-Blasphemy : If you Know Qur'an and Hadith, Is it Enough to Formulate Law?
Role of 'Ulema Crucial

On January 14, 2011, Dr. Kaukab Siddique gave the Juma' Khutba at a small mosque which he started many years back in Baltimore, Maryland. He had not been there for almost a month and a half, but it is functioning normally without him. It has a shoora, including an imam, a deputy imam, a youth representative, a businessman, and two women. It focuses on prayer, zikr, da'wah, peace and harmony, and is well accepted in the non-Muslim community. Dr. Siddique was warmly welcomed back. Here are the main points of his khutba:

Text: "Surely in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of Night and Day ,- there are indeed Signs for people who have understanding [ulil albab]. They are the ones who remember Allah standing, sitting and lying down and they contemplate creation in the heavens and the earth: [They say] 'Our Lord not for nothing have you created this! Glory be to Thee ! Save us from the Punishment of the Fire. " (The Qur'an 3:191)

We must study and learn the Qur'an and the Hadith. Without these we will not be rightly guided.
However, for Islam to be real in our lives, we need Shar'ia, Islamic Law based on the Qur'an and the Hadith.
To implement the Sharia, we need scholars to formulate Fiqh, or the interpretation of the Qur'an and the Hadith according to the needs of our time.
The Qur'an calls these scholars "people who have understanding." Their lives are steeped in the worship of Allah [zikr] at all times and the practice of Sunnah [the example of the Prophet, pbuh]
These scholars ['ulema] have an understanding of Islam as a WHOLE, not in bits and parts. They understand from Qur'an and Hadith WHY Allah sent His messengers and what is the total meaning of WORSHIP [ibadah].
We need such scholars at a time when Islam is under attack by western powers who have overwhelming military, financial, media and intelligence resources at their disposal.
The western powers have found that military force by itself is not sufficient to destroy Islam. Now they are using the corrupted elements, people in power with Muslim names, within Muslim countries, to destroy the very foundations of Islam.
One recent example is the attempt to repeal laws in Pakistan which punish blasphemy. The target of the western powers is Prophet Muhammad, pbuh, himself. They want the Prophet, pbuh, to be thought of as just another good man for insulting whom there should be no severe punishment.
This process has already been carried out in America against Jesus, pbuh, where trivialization, comedy and blatant misinterpretation of the Bible are used to defeat religion.
Interesting techniques have been put into play to attack laws which protect the honor of the Prophet, pbuh. Here are a few:
1. Quotations from the Qur'an which show that Muhammad, pbuh, was sent as a mercy to the worlds.
2. Quotations from Hadith to show that Muhammad, pbuh, forgave those who attacked him physically or verbally.
3. Claims that Islamic texts do not teach the killing of those who insult the Prophet, pbuh, or those who desecrate the Qur'an.
This is where the 'Ulema are the ones who can defeat these attacks which use Islam itself to undermine Islam [like the Pervezi sect which uses the Qur'an to attack Hadith or the Aga Khani cult linked to western powers.]
A scholar would know right away that the Prophet, pbuh, was merciful when he was PERSONALLY attacked but he punished severely acts of war aimed at destroying Islam. He cut the throats of the Yahood after they conspired with the tribes of Arabia to destroy the Islamic community of Madinah.
Thus there are verses in the Qur'an which teach peace as well as those which teach war. Scholars who have understanding know which verses apply to which situations. If the western powers are trying to destroy you as a Muslim nation, should you remove the laws which protect your sanctities?
After the Prophet, pbuh, passed away, there is no such thing as a personal attack on him which should be forgiven. These are attacks on the foundations of Islam which are honor, love and obedience to the Prophet, pbuh, and to Allah because of him.
Our enemies are also using this trick, which is usually an honest question but is not so in this context: SHOW ME WHERE IT IS IN THE QUR'AN?
Is smoking forbidden in a Qur'anic command? No it isn't. Does the Qur'an say: Don't make movies of the Prophet, pbuh? No it does not. And thus the game goes on. Only scholars can deflate these attacks.
WHO ARE THE GENUINE SCHOLARS? Here we have clear guidance:
1. They should practice Islam in their daily lives and should know the Qur'an, the Hadith, the life of the Prophet, pbuh, and the lives of the Sahaba, r.a.
2. They should not be affiliated to cooperating with any government. That includes Muslim governments. [Non-Muslim governments are absolutely out of the question. That is kufr.]
3. They should not strive to be wealthy and comfortable in this world. In the words of the Qur'an, they should be GHANI [totally unimpressed by the goods of the world].
4. They should be willing to give their lives for Islam.
5. They should be humble, compassionate, modest, caring and wise to the ways of the world.
6. In the early era, we had Abu Bakr, Umar, Usman, Ali, Ayesha [Allah be pleased with them] and the Sahaba, r.a., and ahlul bayt in general. Later we had Imam Malik, Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and others; still later Imam Bukhari and others and still later, ibn Taymiyyah and others and still later Imam Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab and Shah Waliullah. In our times we have had Syed Qutb, Said Nursi, Maulana Maudoodi, Dr. Omar Abdel Rahman and many others who cannot be mentioned.
It might surprise you to know that Qadianis ["ahmeddis"] pray just like Sunni Hanafis, their women wear hijab and men have big beards. They had the support of the British and they were very sophisticated in their arguments. They wanted to insert the idea in Islam that there can be a "helper" prophet, nauzoobillah, after Muhammad, pbuh. Our Ulema were not fooled. They debunked their claims and ignored the appearance of the Qadianis. Maulana Maudoodi lead a movement which concluded in the Qadianis being declared kafir.
Now we have those who want that blasphemy against the Prophet, pbuh, should not be punished, Hadith should be debunked, the links with the western powers should be strengthened. Inshallah Pakistan will defeat these moves.
In some ways Pakistan's formative ideology is like that of Madinah in the era of the Prophet, pbuh, and the khulafa Rashidoon. Pakistan's existence, as determined by the masses led by the 'ulema, is based on the Sovereignty of Allah and the Finality of Prophethood, pbuh. Anyone who thinks the attacks on the Prophet, pbuh, are not attacks on Pakistan has missed the crucial issue of self-determination.

Assalamu Alaikum Respected Dr. Siddique,
My name is Hatice. I am studying Quran and Sunnah.
I am originally a Turkish citizen.
The reason why I am disturbing you is about Dr. Omar Abdurrahman (who is called "the blind imam" by West).
I know it is really an very old issue. The beloved Sheikh was imprisoned in 1997 for life long. So, he is still in one of the American prisons.
I knew him quite recently. I am sad about him, and feel responsible for doing nothing about him. I cannot explain. I wish I was born 20 years earlier than my birthday.
While I was searching about the issue and what is going on about it. I found your writing which was written in 2000:

Yes, i know, 13 years passed after Dr. Abdurrahman`s imprisonment, but so far as he is not free, we have to continue to do something.
The world is changing now. Media power is mostly in the hand of people rather than being in authorities' hands. We have more power to create awareness among people and influence the public to take action for this kind of issue. People`s eyes are more open; they think and investigate.
So, please let me know what can we do about this matter. I can do many things as a Turkish citizen. We can call our environment and the human rights committees which I know and keep in touch with them to do something. At least we can remind people about that Dr. Omar Abdurrahman is still in the jail with the false-imprisonment.

JFK Plotters Sentenced to Life in Prison

Incredible as it may seem, an American court LAST MONTH sentenced Russell Defreitas and Abdul Kadir to life in prison.

The story did not even make it to the national news.

The government claimed that the two were CONSPIRING to blow up one of the biggest airports in the world, JFK in New York. The government tried to link the two to Iran. Why would Iran support anyone planning a terrorist act in America when Iran is desperately trying to be friends with USA.. The question did not bother the judge.

A government informant was involved who got the accused to talk all kinds of violent talk which he taped.

Could two simpletons who could spot an informant have been so advanced in weaponry as to blow up an airport? The judge was too intent on sentencing Muslims to think of this.

"Conspiring" is American double speak for the fact that NOTHING happened. The Zionist power in America can sentence Muslims to LIFE for "conspiring."

There is absolutely no chance for justice in America when Muslims are being tried.

(A third defendant is reportedly so sick that he will be brought for sentencing in April.)

After Gitmo, there is nothing America's judges are incapable of doing to Muslims.

Separation of Southern Sudan will be a Bonanza for Israel: Break up of Africa Underway

Israeli political circles are monitoring the build up to Sunday's referendum in South Sudan claiming secession could lead to a spate of similar breakaways in Iraq, Turkey and Algeria.

Israel Today's analysis expects southern Sudan to be a promising country, largely in part due to its wealth of natural resources. It also added that several political and security sources in the South sent positive signals with regards to normalization of relations with Israel, should it become an independent country.

Zvi Barel, Haaretz's former managing editor, added that the citizens of the South are fully aware of national and global developments that 'necessitate' cooperating with the Israeli state.

Israeli daily Maariv added that Palestinians in south Sudan and southerners living in Israel are hoping for secession as well.

Israeli media reports on South Sudanese refugees living in the state said most refugees are convinced secession represents the ideal solution to the problems they face both socially and politically, including those that ultimately lead them to migrate to Israel.

Taboos on Menstruation were attacked by Muhammad (pbuh)
Today his Hadith on Menstruation are Under Attack from Abusive Web Sites

( In a booklet titled CRIMINALS OF ISLAM (posted on the web by pakistanforum, IslamicDawn, aboutquran and others sectarians), one Dr. Shabbir Ahmed, living in Florida, piles abuse above abuse on the blessed Sahih of Bukhari and by inference on all books of Hadith. I took one item from CRIMINALS of ISLAM and illustrated the fraudulent methodology used in CRIMINALS OF ISLAM to discredit Sahih of Bukhari.)

Audience: CRIMINALS OF ISLAM is obviously aimed at Pakistani elites who have never read any actual book of Hadith and who may never have read the Qur'an either. These people find ulema's ("mullas") preaching distasteful, sometimes with good reason. Hence they are the "right" audience for a misleading book which abuses the second source of Islam: Hadith. Through this audience the enemy is trying to enter the lands of Islam. My response is for the same audience and might be very obvious for scholars of Islam. To scholars: my apologies for stating the obvious.

ISSUE OF MENSTRUATION: For most of recorded history, men have looked at women's menstruation as degrading, something which makes women disgusting and to be avoided. Such anti-women menstruation-related ideas are openly stated in Jewish writings and can be seen even today in the laws of the illegitimate state of Israel.

While the Jews went to extreme separation from menstruating women, the Christians often behaved as if they could ignore the draining, sometimes debilitating, experience women go through during menstruation, to the extent that they would have intercourse with menstruating women.

ISLAM taught the middle path: Menstruation is hurtful and blood can carry pollution. So sexual intercourse should be avoided. At the same time, the Jewish attitude is dead wrong. The woman must not be made to feel that she has become a defiled, low and subservient, unlovable being because of menstruation.

The Qur'an laid down the law on menstruation:

"They ask thee concerning menstruation. Say: It is a source of hurt and pollution. So keep away from women in their courses, and do not approach them until they are clean. But when they have cleansed themselves, ye may approach them as ordained by Allah, for Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who espouse cleanliness." (2:222)

The Jewish taboos against menstruating women were so strong that there was a danger that the Qur'an's words: "...so keep away from women in their courses" could be interpreted to mean that men should stay away from women altogether during menses. The Qur'an has been interpreted in detail by the Prophet (pbuh) so that it would not be left to the whims of charlatans and dictators. In the case of menstruation too, the Prophet, through his own behavior, indicated that men must show love, intimacy and respect for women even when the blood is flowing from them. THE GREATEST REVOLUTIONARY OF ALL TIMES showed us and taught us that biological differences do not make women inferior. He specifically wanted to negate the JEWISH view of women and menses, as can be read in a narration from by one of his companions:

"Anas (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when a woman from among the Jews menstruated, they would not eat with her, nor drink with her, nor allow her to remain with them. The messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) was asked about this. Then Allah Almighty revealed the verse beginning 'They ask thee concerning menstruation ...' The blessed messenger of Allah then commanded: Have your meals and drink with the menstruating women, and stay with them in your homes, and be normal with them in sexuality, except for actual intercourse. The Jews said angrily: 'This person will oppose us in everything we do ...' (Sunan of Tirmidhi, abwabut tafseer al-Qur'an.)

An important aspect of menstruation is that the woman starts feeling that she has become unattractive to the husband. The usually loving/lusting husband suddenly becomes distant and starts behaving as if she has a disease. This 'distancing' has caused distress to women throughout the ages for 6 to 10 days EVERY MONTH of their menstruating life.

In earlier times, the situation for women was even more serious because it was very difficult to stop the blood flow from becoming very evident. It could not be entirely hidden or absorbed.

Hence the Prophet (pbuh) took serious steps to show in his personal life that intimacy and sexual contact with one's wife (without actual intercourse) must continue during menstruation. Ayesha (the sublime beloved of the beloved of Allah) being young was the one most affected by monthly menstruation. Through expression of his love for her and other of his wives, the Prophet (pbuh) sent this message for all times to come that the Qur'an's words "keep away from women" DO NOT MEAN NO INTIMACY OR SEXUAL CONTACT DURING MENSTRUATION. Ayesha (radi Allah 'unha) tells us in an authenticated Hadith:

"Whenever Allah's messenger (pbuh) wanted to be intimate with anyone of us (his wives) during her menses, he told us to put on a lower covering (over the menstrual area) and then became intimate) (yubashirha). Ayesha added: None of you can control his sexual desires as the Prophet, pbuh, could." Bukhari's Sahih, 1:299

The Prophet (pbuh) also took steps to show 'Ayesha (and through her, the whole world of Islam for all time to come) that there is no reason to think that a woman's menstruation violates any sanctities of religion, or that, as in the case of the Hindus, she is somehow spiritually "dirty" when she menstruates. Hence this authentic Hadith:

'Ayesha narrates: The Prophet, pbuh, used to lie in my lap and recite the Qur'an while I was menstruating. (Bukhari's Sahih 1: 296)

There is a vast amount of evidence that the Prophet negated all the taboos about menstruation. Be intimate with your wife during her menses but do not have actual intercourse: That's the gist of the vast Hadith literature on the subject. No Muslim scholar has ever brought out a meaning from these hadith other than the one I have stated. Hence for those who have studied Islamic texts, this article is not astonishing.

Most Muslims are not aware that the Jews and imperialists have successfully motivated some half-baked writers to attack these liberating and beautiful Hadith in the most crass and ugly way. Look at what CRIMINALS of ISLAM (as posted on pakistanforum and the pervezi sites) does to the teachings of the Prophet (pbuh).

In CRIMINALS OF ISLAM, the readers are not told that Imam Bukhari began his BOOK of MENSES with the text of of Qur'an 2:222 which I have quoted above.
Thus secular readers would think that "mulla" Bukhari was perhaps unaware of the Qur'an.

Then CRIMINALS OF ISLAM (as posted) does something very simple but very dishonest to change the meaning of the first Hadith I have quoted from Bukhari. Dr. Shabbir (as posted) simply changed the word for intimacy or fondling to INTERCOURSE. Here are the words of Dr. Shabbir (as posted) attributing this "hadith" to Bukhari:

"If the prophet wanted to have intercourse with a menstruating wife, he ordered her to tie a loincloth even though the menstruation would be at its peak. Then he had intercourse."
Here Dr. Shabbir interjects to say: "Whoever concocted this hadith adds a contrary statement: 'Aisha said: 'No one of you has as much control over his desire as the Prophet had!' (The Book of Menstruation 1:98, Chapter 207)

Look at the process of dishonesty here:

Dr. Shabbir leaves out the Qur'anic verse with which Imam Bukhari begins his BOOK OF MENSTRUATION. The secular reader would think that Bukhari (the "mulla") did not know what the Qur'an said.
Then he claims that the Hadith is saying that the Prophet (pbuh) violated the Qur'an by having intercourse during menses. (May Allah forgive us. Quoting kufr to refute it is not kufr.)
Then totally without any evidence, discussion, analysis he claims in a little parenthesis that the hadith has been CONCOCTED by someone.
Somehow he also thinks hazrat 'Ayesha's caution that men should not become too intimate during menses, because they are not so strong in self-control as the Prophet (pbuh), is contradicting the first part of the Hadith.
Thus Dr. Shabbir makes a virtue of his ignorance.
About the recitation of the Qur'an in a menstruating woman's lap, Dr. Shabbir has this "I am shocked" type of comment: "Can even an ordinary Muslim do this?!" The exclamation mark is his.

Try to imagine the ignorance of people who run pakistanforum that they have been touting this worthless book CRIMINALS OF ISLAM for a whole year as if it is some kind of final verdict on Imam Bukhari's Sahih.

I wrote to the Pervezi sect that they should remove Dr. Shabbir's garbage from their web site. They did not do so: in fact they became more shameless in flaunting CRIMINALS of ISLAM.

Taliban Attacks on US-funded Police. Another 1400 Marines.

January 1, 2011: Another 1400 US marines, the best America has, have been ordered to Afghanistan according to US defense minister Robert Gates. They will join the 140,000 NATO troops already battling the Taliban. An estimated 10,000 Taliban are fighting 140,000 European forces. NATO wants to destroy the Taliban and al-Qaida.

January 7, 2011: An attack on a police commander killed him and 16 of his friends at a public bath in Spin Boldak near the Pakistani border in Kandahar province. The attack was carried out by a Taliban martyrdom operator. The commander and his friends were preparing for prayers but it is reported that Taliban do not recognize as Muslims those Afghans who pick up guns to fight on behalf of NATO.

January 10: A second Taliban attack in Spin Boldak killed 3 police officers. The losses may be much higher but these figures are provided by Karzai's regime.

January 12: Three elite US troops were killed in Ghazni province in a Taliban attack bringing to 18 the number of NATO troops so far in 2011.

US media do not report any live reports on the fighting in Afghanistan.

LAHORE, Jan. 14: The Jamaat e Islami chief, Syed Munawar Hasan, has said that the nation won't forgive the people who wanted to amend the Blasphemy ( of the Holy Prophet) Law or were trying to make it controversial. Addressing the Friday congregation at Mansoora mosque, he counseled the so -called secular lobby in the country to correct itself. The people taking Washington as their ideal should realize that their leader has been defeated at the hands of unarmed Afghans, he said.

He said, Britain, Russia and now the US with all their technology and deadly weapons, had failed to thrust their system over the world and Islam remained the sole guarantee for peace and human welfare, adding that Allah Almighty would definitely establish Islam's supremacy all over the world.

Blasting an American priest's plan to bring the Quran on trial or to put it to ashes, Syed Munawar Hasan, stressed that those blaming the Muslims of extremism, should condemn such insane moves. He said the pastor Terry Jones could not fulfill his designs in the past and he would fail in his fresh attempt as well because God Almighty was Himself the Protector of the Holy Quran and that Allah would make this notorious pastor an example in this world. It was however unfortunate he said, that the pastor had not learnt any lesson from history and was trying to earn a name through such cheap tactics.

Syed Munawar Hasan said instead of following Jesus Christ's teachings, the Christians had placed themselves at the disposal of the Pope and illiterate pastors who were out to destroy world peace. The JI chief said that had the Muslim rulers officially condemned the Pope's outburst and lodged formal protest on that, Pastor Terry Jones could not have the courage to announce his unholy plan.

He stressed upon the Prime Minister to announce at the floor of the National Assembly that there would be no amendment or tampering with the Blasphemy law besides withdrawal of the amendment Bill tabled by Sherry Rehman.

Syed Munawar Hasan, said after Salman Taseer's murder, the secular and pro-west lobby as also the rulers were terrified and they considered everyone around themselves as Mumtaz Qadri. It is better for all these people to accept the greatness of Islam and the Holy Prophet, stop supporting any blasphemer, besides seeking pardon from Allah for their past sins and also beg pardon from the nation.

The JI chief also advised the rulers to refrain from military action in North Waziristan under the US pressure as the Western forces at the recent Lisbon conference had been considering ways to pull out their troops from Afghanistan safely and hide their defeat from the world and finally announced troops pull out by 2014.
