PAKISTAN LATEST: The Results Came out as New Trend had

Musharraf carried out his fake elections. Benazir's Peoples'
Party and Nawaz Sharif Muslim League won. Islamic parties
boycotted the elections. On March 24, 2008 Yusuf Raza Gilani,
a Peoples Party man, was declared the new Prime Minister,
after MQM withdrew its objections. The new Prime Minister
announced the release of the Chief Justice who had been put
under house arrest by Musharraf.
The drama is over.
It was all staged from the White House. The only snafu was
the death of Benazir.
[An interesting aspect of how the upper classes of Pakistan
work together, the new PM's son Abdul Qadir Gilani married
the niece of famous feudal lord Pir Pagara of Sind on the day
the PM was announced.]
Pakistani middle classes still don't understand that
America's main concern is the war against the Islamic
populations of the Frontier province and Baluchistan.
Musharraf's corruption had destabilized Pakistan. The
military had lost its focus. The Red Mosque and Jamia Hafsa
showed that Islamic forces were winning. America saw an
emergency, acted with all its agents and won the game.
Kayani is now running the military machine. He is more
American than many Americans. The military will focus on
fighting the forces of Islam while the PPP and Muslim League
[N] and [Q] and MQM will run the civil administration.
[Things are not going well for the military. On March 24, for
the first time, an entire convoy of FUEL TANKERS going from
Pakistan to supply NATO in Afghanistan, was attacked and set
on fire by the mujahideen right at the entry point known as
Landi Kotal. It was a total loss.]

al-Islamiyya in Egypt.
America has the largest number of prisoners in the world,
many of them resulting from poverty and
institutional racism. Jamaat sends out Qur'ans and
literature to some of the prisoners.
The Jamaat leads a campaign to BOYCOTT businesses which
support Israel, including Coca Cola, Starbucks, McDonalds
and Nestle.
Racism and exploitation of women are deeply
rooted in America and Jamaat al-Muslimeen educates Muslims
on how to deal with these evils.
The Jamaat is the only Islamic group in the U.S. which has
condemned the occupation of Iraq and
Afghanistan, the bombing of Pakistani villages,
the rape of Kashmir and Chechnia, the attacks
on Somalia and the Darfur campaign meant to undermine
Sudan and above all the occupation of Palestine and

Latest horrors: They run across class lines:
Alton, Illinois [Small town north of St. Louis.] A disabled,
pregnant, woman was tortured to death. Earlier she had been
beaten and burned for many days. Here is the lead from the
news report:
"Dorothy Dixon ate what she could forage from the
refrigerator upstairs, where housemates used her for target
practice with BBs, burned her with a glue gun and doused her
with scalding liquid that peeled away her skin.
They torched what few clothes she had, so she walked around
naked. They often pummeled her with an aluminum bat or
metal handle.
Dixon -- six months pregnant -- died after weeks of abuse.
Police have charged two adults, three teenagers and a
12-year-old boy with murder in the case that has repulsed
many in this Mississippi River town."
In Iowa City, Iowa, a man murdered a mother and her 4
children. [The children had been adopted from Korea.] The man
is said to have embezzled $560,000 from a bank of which he
was the Vice President. He is also said to have been using
cocaine.

Wafa Sultan is an American of Syrian origin and lives in the
Los Angeles area. In recent years, she has been attacking
Islam in an abusive way full of hate. She has been received
with love and expectations by pro-Zionist web sites. She has
also been used, through the medium of Al-Jazeerah, to pump
her hatred of Islam into the homes of Muslims across the Arab
world. Here are the salient features of her attack:
She insults the Prophet, pbuh, and his companions, r.a.
She abuses the Qur'an.
She supports Israel.
She condemns those who fight Israel as "terrorists."
She opposes all those who oppose Israel.
She claims that the Jewish story of the Holocaust must not be
subjected to critical review because it is an
unassailable fact.
Her style is not that of rational discourse or critical
inquiry or even rhetorical opposition. She is blatantly
abusive and tries to degrade all that is sacred
to Muslims.
Her methodology is to cherry pick, a part of a Qur'anic verse
here, a hadith out of context there. She ignores the fact
that Islam progressively transformed society: Islam ended
slavery and the subjugation of women, it banned intoxicants
and gambling, cracked down on fornication and secret
"marriages," over a period of time, not all in one day. Hence
Sultan can find something bad which was not banned at a
certain time, and she will present it as part of Islam.
As she knows Arabic, she has been effectively used to attack
and abuse Islam in the Middle East. Through al-Jazeerah, it
was like inviting someone into our homes to insult our
mothers and fathers.
I have long suspected that al-Jazeerah is linked to
U.S. intelligence. It is quite interesting that the
headquarters of the U.S. military Central Command and
al-Jazeerah are both based in the tiny emirate of Qatar which
in turn is linked to the U.S. We need to find out if Wafa
Sultan is a Mossad agent and how much money she has made off
her crusade against Islam.
She tells a story about her teacher being killed in front of
her by terrorists owing to which she left Islam. If true, it
shows that she is using a crime to justify her attack on all
that is sacred to Islam. However, other students from the
same institution about which Sultan makes the claim have said
for the record that no such atrocity took place. If such a
horror had happened, the news could not have been a secret
known only to Sultan. Her propaganda is linked to the ruling
Syrian Alawite sect's fabrications about their
Islamic opponents.
Muslims are rightfully upset with Wafa Sultan. Here in
America, the corporate-Zionist media will not allow any
analysis of her claims by Islamic scholars. Islam haters like
Glenn Beck lionize Wafa Sultan and others like her as if what
they say against Islam carries weight. The Islamic viewpoint
has been censored by CNN, FOX, MSNBC etc. By contrast, in our
countries, Sultan's abuse is being carried into the
sanctities of our homes and families. Dear Imam, as you are
from the Arab world, you know Islam, you teach Islam, you
know the Middle East, you watch Al-Jazeerah, what is your
FATWA [religious ruling] on Wafa Sultan? How should U.S.
Muslims respond and what is our role as Muslims living in the
same country as Wafa Sultan?

his enemies.
Study some Qur'an and Hadith every day so that people of
little knowledge cannot get away with attacks on Islam.

Dr. Al-Arian Transferred to Virginia: Innocent Prof.
Faces U.S. "Justice"

ALEXANDRIA, Va.-- Yesterday, Dr. Sami Al-Arian was
transferred from the Federal Medical Center in Butner, NC
back to the local jail in Warsaw, Virginia where he was held
previously, to comply with a judge's March 3 order granting
him immunity for a THIRD grand jury appearance. Today is the
17th day of a water and food strike that Dr. Al-Arian began
to protest persistent harassment and psychological torture by
the Department of Justice. He has since lost 29 pounds.
Dr. Al-Arian is being asked to testify before yet another
grand jury less than three weeks before his scheduled release
date. His attorneys have advised Dr. Al-Arian not to testify,
as the plea agreement signed with prosecutors in April 2006
removed the possibility of cooperation. Additionally, these
grand jury subpoenas are a trap intended to prolong Dr.
Al-Arian's imprisonment long after his promised release date.
If he testifies, he is to be charged with perjury, facing
years of additional prison time. If he is convicted of
criminal contempt for not testifying, Dr. Al-Arian faces a
minimum of five years in prison. These efforts to convict Dr.
Al-Arian in a wholly separate case (more than two years after
he was acquitted by a federal jury) are clearly a last-ditch,
vindictive effort on behalf of the Justice Department, led by
a rogue prosecutor who has made bigoted statements against
Muslims, to punish Dr. Al-Arian for his acquittal. The
Department of Justice must keep the promise it made to Dr.
Al-Arian in his plea agreement and release him on April 7,
when his current sentence is up.
Members of Dr. Al-Arian's family visited him last weekend at
the prison medical facility where he was being held in
Butner, North Carolina. They observed the effects of the
hunger strike on Dr. Al-Arian, noting symptoms of severe
dehydration. As of Monday, Dr. Al-Arian was examined by a
doctor only one time in nearly a week. The government refuses
to allow an outside doctor to examine Dr. Al-Arian despite
requests by his attorneys, family members, and thousands of
supporters. Butner Medical Center received thousands of
telephone calls from concerned people from across the country
and around the world.
TAKE ACTION
Given that Dr. Al-Arian has been on a hunger strike since
March 3, 2008 we urgently ask all conscientious and
justice-seeking individuals to FAX OR WRITE Judge Gerald Lee
to ask for an immediate end to Dr.
Al-Arian's suffering.

BLACK MAN FREE ON BAIL IN SHOOTING DEATH OF WHITE TEEN
New York - On Wednesday, 03/19/2008, John White was sentenced
to two to four years behind bars in the shooting death of
Daniel Cicciaro Jr. in August 2006. Mr. White apologized in
the courtroom stating, "I broke a covenant with God in taking
his life." Daniel Cicciaro Sr., the victim's father, fumed,
"Let's see what happens when Aaron White gets shot!" Aaron
White, now 20 years of age, has since filed a complaint with
the police in reference to Cicciaro Sr's threat against him.
Aaron White is the African-American teen and son of John
White who was the original target of Daniel Cicciaro Jr.'s
racially-charged threats. Cicciaro Sr. stated, "As long as
you're black and there's a problem at the foot of your
driveway, you can shoot my son in the face?"
On Thursday, 03/20/2008, John White was released on
$200,000.00 cash bail, pending an appeal of his
December 2007 conviction.
WHITE CITY COUNCILMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO SEXUAL ABUSE of
52 Year Old Grandmother TO AVOID JAIL TIME!
Republican City Councilman Dennis Gallagher pleaded
guilty to "intentionally and forcibly" touching the private
parts of a 52 year old grandmother in his campaign
headquarters. The attack left her with torn cartilage in
her knee and "deep emotional scars", she said. The judge
threw out the original rape charge because of inappropriate
conduct on the part of district attorney Richard Brown.
As a result, Councilman Gallagher signed a no-jail plea deal
that allows him to resign from office by April 18th and
undergo alcohol counseling. D.A. Brown is also being
accused of intentionally botching the Sean Bell Shooting
case, in which 3 officers are on trial for manslaughter for
shooting at Bell and his friends 50 times!
This case reminds me of the movie "Sleepers" where Brad Pitt
plays a prosecutor who, intentionally, botches a murder case
against his two friends who kill a rogue reform school guard.
This guard sexually and physically abused Pitt and his two
friends as young detainees. This tactic is used all over
America, especially in so-called racially-charged cases where
the victims are non-whites and the perpetrators are white.
Many people are unaware that prosecutors and defense
attorneys were oftentimes law school classmates and discuss
plea deals while golfing or over drinks. Back room deals
like these are not uncommon, unfortunately.
Comedian Paul Mooney would say that Councilman Gallagher got
off because he has the "complexion for the protection". This
means that white people make poor allies against other white
people who do wrong. Daniel Cicciaro Sr. feels that this same
rule may have failed him. It doesn't matter that his son went
to someone else's home in a drunken rage with three of his
friends. All Cicciaro Sr. knows is that his son was white and
that John White should have been sentenced to the maximum
jail time and he certainly should not be free on bail simply
because he is black. It's not supposed to happen this way.
Either way you see it, justice was not served for Mr. White
or else he would not have been charged at all. The shotgun
that killed Daniel Cicciaro Jr. was illegal and an observer
noted that Mr. White's sentence may have been reflective of
only that in spite of the manslaughter conviction.
The white supremacy lie has been the root of all evil in
America, not just the love of money.

Native American Leader Peltier's Case 33 Years Later

Peltier was convicted of killing two FBI agents during a 1975
shootout on the Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. But
his supporters, including some human rights groups, believe
that he is innocent and that he was targeted because of his
political activism.
About 3,500 pages were turned over for Peltier's original
trial in 1977. But his attorneys have discovered over the
years that the actual number of documents the FBI has on
Peltier is 142,579, said attorney Michael Kuzma.
Peltier has tried for nearly seven years to use the federal
Freedom of Information Act to get the tens of thousands of
pages still being withheld.
"I just think this thing stinks to high heaven," Kuzma said
after the hearing. He told the court, "We still don't know
the truth about what happened back then."
Judge Lavenski R. Smith asked Kuzma what the remedy would be
for Peltier.
Kuzma said the court should conduct "a full in-camera review
of the documents." When Smith expressed some disbelief at
that idea, Kuzma added that, if that were too burdensome, the
court could focus on the documents from 1977, of which
Peltier has received none.
Tom Byron, an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in
Washington, D.C., argued that "there's no support" for an

WAR NEWS:
PAKISTAN: Combined Pak-U.S. Air Strike Kills 20:
Retaliatory attack kills 5 Wounds 9
On March 16, a missile allegedly fired by the U.S. from
Afghanistan, with targeting provided by the Pakistan army,
hit the village of Shahnawaz Kot, near Wana in South
Waziristan, killing 20 people, some of them said to be local
Taliban. Among those killed was Dr. Arshad Waheed who had
been acquitted of involvement in an attack on a Pak military
Corp commander in Karachi. He was also said to have given
help to the Jundullah group. He had moved to South Waziristan
to tend to wounded Taliban and local civilians hurt in
Pakistani air attacks.
On March 20, a martyrdom operator in a car packed with
dynamite attack Pakistani military vehicles at a military
field headquarter at Zeri, three kilometers from Wana. Two
vehicles were destroyed. Five Pakistani troops were killed
and 9 wounded. The Mullah Nazir faction of the Taliban phoned
BBC to say that this attack was in retaliation for the
U.S.-Pak missile attack but that cease fire would continue as
long as Pak troops don't attack.
On March 23, Pakistan Day, 28 Pakistani air force officers
were awarded medals by the regime for their operations
against Islamic resistance groups.
RADIO WAR:
On March 18, 19, 20 and 21 the fiery Islamic leader of
Swat state Maulvi Fazlullah resumed broadcasts
on a clandestine FM radio coming out of Matta district. The
Maulvi took refuge in the mountains after a large scale
invasion by Pakistani troops. The regime is countering
Fazlullah's radio with its own state radio which successfully
jammed some of the Islamic broadcasts. It appears that the
resistance leader is calling on the people to rise up.
AFGHANISTAN: TALIBAN on the OFFENSIVE
Taliban attacks began early although the Spring has not come
in. It's still very cold and snowy.
March 17, 2008: In Helmand province, a martyrdom operator hit
a NATO military convoy. NATO admitted 4 killed [probably
British]. In Kandahar province, Canadian troops retreated
when the Taliban attacked. One Canadian soldier was killed.
March 23: Canadian troops in Kandahar province again came
under Taliban attack and this time two Canadians
were killed.
For the first time, NATO admitted that at least 10% of
Afghanistan is under Taliban control, 60% under tribal
control and 30% under Karzai. [Pakistani sources say that
Taliban control is at least 50% but is fragile owing to NATO
air attacks while Karzai has no control other than military
posts heavily armed and supported from the air.]
March 22: A U.S. military officer from Norfolk, Virginia was
reported killed in a Taliban attack in the south.
