SMILE: David Irving, the world famous historian of World War II, posted a message from Islamic leader Ayman al-Zawahiri on his web site. [July 11.] Mr. Irving picked up the message from the Pakistani media. Al-Zawahiri, the Egyptian physician who is the second in command of Osama bin Laden, condemned Queen Elizabeth's award of a knighthood to Islam-hater Salman Rushdie. Al-Zawahiri went on to say:

"Why don't they honour the British historian David Irving? The Queen did not honour him because she cannot rebel against the Jews, who are her masters."

Mr. Irving commented wryly that he would not want such an award.

U.S. Muslims Condemn NATO bombing of Afghan civilians: NATO must Withdraw

On August 3, bombing raids by U.S. aircraft in the Bagran district of Helmand province killed nearly 100 civilians. Leading Pakistani newspapers, for instance Nawa-e-Waqt, Ummat and Jasarat, have reported the massacre.

Last month, 60 Afghan civilians were killed in a U.S. bombing raid in Grishkek district. Another 38 were killed in an air strike earlier in the same district.

The U.S. insists that those killed were "suspected Taliban;" however local and hospital sources as well as local Afghan police say the dead were civilians, mostly women and children.

NATO has occupied a third world, defenseless, Islamic country and is slaughtering civilians. We urge NATO to withdraw. The British, the Dutch, the French, the Canadians, the Poles, the Australians, the Koreans have no legitimacy for their presence in Afghanistan. NATO has no basis in international law to be occupying Afghanistan. U.S. Muslims consider it a shame that the most powerful air force in the world is carrying out blatant massacres of civilians.

The Muslim world must set up an international body of legal experts to challenge the bombing. American generals in charge of the bombing should be brought to trial. The UN is not interested in stopping the killing of civilians. We must set up our own institutions.

Attempt to Link Oakland Muslims to Journalist's Murder

August 3, 2007: According to the Los Angeles Times, [August 4] it looked like a "military-style operation." Security forces swooped on a Muslim business known as "Your Black Muslim Bakery" and arrested 7 Muslims. Police, in statements issued to the media, tried to connect the raid and the arrests to the murder of prominent journalist Chauncey Bailey, editor of the Oakland Post.

Our observers say that the police story seems very weak and tangential. Bailey's report on "Your Black Muslim Bakery" had not been published and was not known outside his paper till his murder.

This police raid on Muslims looks like preparation to carry out a larger campaign against Muslims of African descent. The Muslim bakery has helped numerous poor people in the Black community and has stopped the inroads of drugs and crime.

Readers might remember that the Oakland Muslims had stopped the sales of liquor in the community and smashed liquor bottles in a store owned by an immigrant with a Muslim name.

July 31, 2007: Stanislav Shmulevich is described in the U.S. media as a "Ukrainian immigrant." However the NY Daily News let slip the information that he is Jewish. [July 28 issue.]

In October and November 2006, Muslim students at Pace University, New York were stunned to see Qur'ans taken from the student library placed in the toilet with feces. Months later the surveillance camera revealed Stanislav Shmulevich stealing the Qur'an from the library. He was confronted with the camera photo and readily admitted his deed.
The U.S. claims that it is not waging war against Islam. So Stanislav Shmulevich was arrested for a hate crime. Jewish elements, a person named Myers, quickly set up a defense fund for him. Islam haters like Michelle Malkin [Fox] and Christopher Hitchens [CNN] came on TV to defend the Jew's right to put the Qur'an in the toilet.
Islam was defended by CAIR. [On CNN.] It was a pathetic defense because CAIR believes that the Holocaust actually happened and dares not say a word against International Jewry which is sucking the life blood of America. Hitchens challenged Hooper on "freedom of expression" but Hooper couldn't answer. He is too much of a "Muslim" Zionist and dares not see Zionist censorship and the imprisonment of Irving, Zundel, Rudolf, Verbeke and others. CAIR is certainly not qualified to defend Islam.
Then the final act: Stanislav Shmulevich was released WITHOUT BAIL. This is the judicial system which has kept a blind Islamic scholar, Dr. Omar 'Abdel Rahman, in prison, for 13 years, on charges of "terrorism," with the claim that a blind man who could not see New York city wanted to blow it up!

Tancredo should look out for his favorite country. Israel will lose Jerusalem which it was able to take owing to the treachery of the Hashemites ruling Amman. Israel will lose Palestine and the Jews will have to go back to the lands they came from. Tom does not realize that Islam is winning, not losing.

Michelle Malkin Claims Right to put Qur'an in Toilet: Hitchens matches her on CNN

August 4: Michelle Malkin of Fox TV has a blog of her own. Her hatred for Islam is so strong that she posted a digitally produced image of a toilet with the Qur'an in it on her blog. Digitally all kinds of images can be produced. For instance, we could produce an image of Malkin naked and show her sitting on her toilet. We could do likewise for Christopher Hitchens, the CNN equivalent of Michelle Malkin.
Unfortunately, Islam does not permit us to pay back Malkin in her own coin. [Hitchens would be too ugly naked. He is quite pudgy and sometimes seems drunk and ready to fall asleep even on TV.]
The importance of Malkin's blog and of Hitchens' flaky thinking is that these two give a human face to the deep hatred for Islam which permeates the pro-Israel power structure of America. Politically innocent Americans are subjected to the irresponsible behavior of Malkin, Hitchens and others like them on an ongoing basis.
Hitchens claimed that Saddam Hussein [shaheed] killed and uprooted millions of Kurds. If Hitchens were taken seriously, one would think there are no more Kurds in Iraq.

Outreach: Newark, Delaware: Jamia Hafsa and Iraqi girl Abeer al-Janabi

August 3, 2007: After Juma', Jamaat al-Muslimeen's literature was distributed to Muslims of Newark, Delaware, although it was almost 97 degrees in the sun. A report on the tragedy of Islamic women's university in Pakistan destroyed by U.S. agent General Musharraf was given to 100 people. It included a description of the martyrdom of Abdul Rashid Ghazi.
Following that, an invitation to attend the vigil being organized in memory of 14-year old Abeer al-Janabi was given to another 66 people. These were mostly young people. Thus a total of 166 people was reached. [Abeer is the Iraqi girl who was raped, killed and burned by U.S. troops along with her family.]
The vigil will be held in Annapolis, Washington, Greensboro, Philadelphia and Baltimore on August 19, inshallah.

Citizens Uninformed As Congress Passes Bills Which Benefit Only Organized Jewry! *

Former House Speaker, Rep. Newt Gingrich, stated on "Meet The Press" on April 15, 2004, that the reason the U.S. Congress has adopted special laws that benefit the Jews is out of sympathy due to their holocaust claims. Here is an outline of these "Special" laws enacted by the U.S. Congress.
  1. Congress passes "earmarks" in special funding for projects that are attached to bills sure to pass. The current Congress appropriated $150,000 for the Beth Gavriel Synagogue in Queens, New York, to aid Russian Jews, $500,000 for the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage in Beachwood, Ohio, $200,000 for the Jewish History Museum in Philadelphia, $500,000 for the Jewish Health System in Long Island, N.Y., $67,500 for the Hebrew Academy in Brooklyn, $350,000 to build the new United Jewish Appeal office in Brooklyn and $475,000 for the Michigan Jewish Institute in West Bloomfield, Mich. There is no government surplus! Thus, these funds must be borrowed at interest. It should be noted that the Jews lead the fight for, "separation of church and state." What is needed is a, "separation of Synagogue and state!
  2. Israel is given more "Foreign Aid" than any other country in the World - $3.25 billion a year. This is in spite of the fact that Israel is a wealthy country! Also, Israel receives its total aid on the first day of fiscal year. Other nations receive their quarterly and must have the expenditures approved by the U.S. Israel is under no such restrictions and may spend the money any way they please!
  3. The U.S. declares as a "terrorist" organization any group fighting against Israel’s illegal 40 year occupation. Also, it is a felony to contribute money to Hamas, Hezbollah, etc. Many other nations recognize them as a legal resistance.
  4. A law permitting Jews to sue Arab governments and banks which they allege have aided such resistance groups. This even includes simply cashing their checks. In one case, Washington Jewish attorney Steven Perles sued the Syrian and Iranian governments. He claimed a Jewish police officer in Israel was killed trying to arrest a Palestinian youth. The officer had "dual citizenship" as do many Jews living in Israel. Perles "won" a $248 million judgment against Iran from a mostly Jewish New York jury. He collected $26 million from Iranian "frozen" assets. Is it any wonder they hate us?
  5. The "Office on Holocaust Reparations" was established in the U.S. Justice Department in 2003 with a full time staff. Their task is to try and help alleged holocaust survivors extort money from foreign countries, banks and industries.
  6. The "Office on Global Anti-Semitism" formed in 2005 is in the State Department with a staff of one. His job is to study opposition to the Jews world-wide and issue annual reports to Congress.
  7. Some of our supporters go into grocery stores and place stickers reading, "Kosher Tax Paid", on products featuring the (U) or (K) imprint. Thus, at the behest of the Jewish Lobby, Congress dutifully passed a law making this a crime unless approved by the store.
  8. Congress has just passed a special law allowing $25 million to be taken from the Homeland Security Fund to be used by the Jews to pay for private security guards for Synagogues and Jewish Community Centers.
  9. The U.S. has issued some 135 vetoes in the U.N. opposing any resolution condemning Israel’s horrid treatment of the Palestinians or other actions to protect their rights. This is why the Arab world sees the U.S. and Israel as one and the same.
Note: The laws above, No. 4, No. 5 and 6 are opposed by the U.S. State Department as a n interference with government foreign policy. However, under pressure from the Jewish Lobby, the spineless Congress ignored such considerations and passed the bills anyway. Bush obediently signed them into law.

Islamic Leader Answers U.S. Threat to Makkah, Madinah

August 3: In central Lahore, Chouburgi area, Hafiz Saeed, leader of Jamat ad-Da'wa addressed a large crowd gathered for Juma' prayers. He analyzed the threat to the holiest cities of Islam posed by U.S. presidential hopeful Tom Tancredo. Some of his most important points are summarized here: [Editorial comment: Hafiz Saeed was seen as very weak in facing the Pakistani army. Our observers were shocked by his "not anti-army" response to the Jamia Hafsa tragedy. It appears that his policy is only to fight outside invaders.]

Mass Rally by Women in Islamabad Honors Jamia Hafsa

July 31: A historic rally of women was organized by Jamaat-e-Islami in front of the Faisal mosque in Islamabad. Conservative estimates put the number of women in the rally at 10,000. The women were calling for the implementation of Shari'a law. A woman leader of JI, Senator Firdaus, called on the Supreme Court to take up the crimes committed by the regime against Jamia Hafsa.

Addressing the rally, Jamaat-e-Islami top leader, Qazi Hussain Ahmed, called for the establishment of schools like Jamia Hafsa across the country. The spirit of Jamia Hafsa will live on, he said.

August 3: Speaking at an Islamic school, Qazi Hussain Ahmed said that a historic movement for democratic change would begin on August 14, Pakistan's anniversary. He said, he would take General Musharraf and the generals involved in the destruction of Jamia Hafsa to court for trial.

August 2: Speaking in Karachi at an all parties gathering, JI leader Prof. Ghafoor Ahmed said that the Red Mosque tragedy occurred owing to collusion between the U.S. and General Musharraf. The Rule of Law must be implemented, he said.

Supreme Court Releases Nationalist Leader Javed Hashmi

On August 3, the Supreme Court of Pakistan released Muslim League leader Hashmi whom Musharraf had imprisoned for inciting the army. The freed leader's long celebratory procession went on all night in Lahore with the thumping of drums and folk dances till it reached Data Durbar where du'a of thanks to Allah was held.

Following PPP leader Benazir Bhutto's secret meeting in Dubai with General Musharraf, the political arrangements in Pakistan are on the verge of change. Our observers say that America sees the growing power of Islamic forces as a threat, especially the shock waves created by the military's destruction of Jamia Hafsa. Hence the need for change of tactics.

It is no surprise that suddenly the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court was reinstated and rapid steps are underway to mobilize secularists, like the PPP, and nationalists like Muslim League, to counter the Islamic threat.

Leaders of Red Mosque Brought to Court in Chains

August 3, 2007: The famous khateeb of the Red Mosque, Maulana Abdul Aziz, his wife, the firebrand woman leader of Jamia Hafsa, Umm Hasan, and two daughters, Tayyaba and Asma', were brought before the Special Anti-Terrorist Court number 2 in Rawalpindi, along with Muhammad Afzal, a teacher in the school. The court postponed the hearing to August 17.

The attorneys in the court protested at the Islamic prisoners, known for their piety, being brought to court in chains.

[Editorial note: It's a shame that the terrorist regime of General Musharraf dares to put the sons and daughters of Islam on trial in an Islamic country.]

PAKISTAN: Upheaval Against Pak Army Following Red Mosque Tragedy Continues August 3: The people of Miranshah held a protest rally demanding that Pakistani troops withdraw from the area and check posts which the army has put up around the town be pulled down. Almost 2,000 people participated, a large number for this small town, armed and angry. The entire town put up black flags in support of the rally which was called by local Maulana Fazlur Rahman.

A fiery preacher, Maulvi Muhammad Ruman, speaking to the crowd warned America that the people are ready to defend themselves and will teach the U.S. troops a lesson if they come in [as proposed by Senator Obama].

Near the village of Asad Khel, 50 miles south of Miranshah, 4 gunmen attacked a Pak military convoy, but were killed in the Pak counterattack.

In the Lucki Marwat area militants exploded a bomb injuring 5 members of a Pakistani intelligence unit.

In Swat district, a bomb was used to attack a district councilor. He escaped but 2 people were killed and 5 of his family members wounded. In another attack in the Swat area, a police post was blown up as a warning to the security forces.

August 1: In a gun battle in Bannu, Pak. troops tried to rescue 7 troops captured by the Islamists. Three of the soldiers were rescued, one died in the fighting and the attackers fled with the remaining three.

August 4: In a bomb attack by a martyrdom operator in Parachinar [Kuram Agency] 9 people were killed and 35 wounded. The town is the stronghold of a sect which supports General Musharraf.

For the first time, there was an attack on security forces in Dir, in which a police officer was killed.

IRAQ: The Surge is not Working: Disinformation and Facts

In amazing tandem, both Republicans and Democrats [including "Muslim" Keith Ellison] are concealing the grim situation in Iraq. In July, "only" 79 U.S. troops were killed in Iraq. This was presented by the media and U.S. politicians as a big improvement because in the three months before that at least 100 troops were killed each time. Here are the facts: INTER-SHIA FIGHTING COMPLICATES SITUATION: Shia army units and U.S. forces together fought Shias linked to al-Sadr in Baghdad, and a disaffiliated Shia group in Kerbala. On both occasions, air strikes were carried out by the U.S. within cities, leading to civilian casualties.

Iran and the U.S. met for a second time [July 24] to WORK TOGETHER against the Islamic resistance led by al-Qaidah. They disagreed on many points but agreed on SECURITY to fight together against the resistance.

Large areas of Iraq, predominantly Sunni, are under Islamic control and are very resistant to the U.S. For instance, a hostile article in the New York Times [August 3] about President Saddam Hussein’s grave in the village of Awja [south of Tikrit] admits that "Sunni insurgents" "control many of the riverbank villages and towns around Tikrit, the capital of Salahuddin Province." This inspite of the fact that the U.S. army's "huge regional headquarters for northern Iraq at Camp Speicher" is only five miles northwest of Tikrit.

The propaganda war too continues. The U.S. recently stated that there is no Al-Qaidah leader named Omar al-Baghdadi; the actual leader is Abu Ayyub al-Masri, which may or may not be true. Also, on August 5, the U.S. announced that it has killed Haitham al-Badri who allegedly blew up the Shi'ite shrine in Samarra. Again, we have to take the U.S. military's word for it. If he did and has been killed, how will we ever know what really happened?
